Start W, max W, use Arcane Comet, Cheapshot, Relentless Hunter, Celerity, Scorch and Manaflow Band as runes, spam W on the enemy ADC whenever it comes off cooldown. Congratulations, you've just tilted the enemy ADC! {{sticker:sg-lulu}}

: Kind of disagree here...if no one leashed jg, jg clears would be slower and earlier ganks by jg would be less common.
...And what would laners do for an entire minute? Wait patiently for minions to spawn?
: Leashing shouldn't exist. Junglers should have the option of starting either side of the map without being HORRIBLY gimped if they get a 0-1 person leash instead of a 2 person leash. Tell me what leashing adds to the game and why it shouldn't be removed and things rebalanced accordingly.
Even if you cut Blue/Red's health in half people would still leash to speed up their junglers clear and give their jungler an advantage before minions make it to lane. And if you somehow removed leashing entirely you'd just end up with more people invading. No need to leash and they're waiting for minions to spawn so now every game would be decided by who has the strongest team for invades. Everyone would pick {{champion:201}}.

: The snowball meta isn't just about KDA. I had a game yesterday where I went something like 3/4/15 as support and we still lost decisively because of neutral objective control. Games spiral out of control very quickly now without catchup experience, most of mine ending with the winning team averaging at least 3-4 levels ahead. I miss the strategy and comeback potential in previous seasons. I miss having to work to actually close out games. I miss having an option to funnel gold into my hypercarry midgame while we turtle to try and wrest control of the game back. Nowadays, your only real hope of staging a comeback hinges on stealing elder or baron, if the game even gets to the point where those are options. This is all really frustrating when you win lane or break even consistently and yet still find your team way behind anyway because of mismatches or simple mistakes, not to mention the other negative things that pop up occasionally. Riot introduced Honor and have behavioral standards for not encouraging your team to forfeit, yet they steadily enforce this meta where most games are very much decided before the 15-minute mark. What options have they given us to provide some hope of regaining an advantage?
Yea man I hate how snowbally this game is right now. Riot even tried to give power back to top lane with 2 Rift Heralds but that failed cause they made dragon even more contested than it previously was. I'm having more fun playing ARAM.

That's just your opinion breh. I'm not going to hold your hand and tell you everything about your champions kit is fine, because its not. **List Time:** - Her current kit has such an insanely low skill floor that it promotes boosting. Its hard to balance for skill expression when your an untargetable champion that has 2 point/click abilities, a skillshot that can be redirected so its harder to miss and an ultimate with a wide width that can be spammed multiple times. - Underpowered to account for being the lowest skill floor champion. Like Sona{{champion:37}} - Lowest skill floor champion = no buffs because any buff = win rate spike. Like Sona{{champion:37}} - Pro Play Cheese + Underpowered Champion with Lowest Skill Floor = Barely Functional Champion. Like Sona{{champion:37}} - Barely Functional Champion = You'll be flamed for picking them, Like Sona {{champion:37}} - Riot + Barely Functional Champion that cannot be reliably balanced by simple number changes = **_Rework_** Edit: You should try out the Yuumi changes on PBE.
Paroe (NA)
: Can someone explain to me, simply and in kind words, what the problem with yuumi is at its core?
She can sit on top of her ADC for an indefinite amount of time and spam abilities, and her entire kit revolves around her being attached to someone. The core of her design makes her harder to balance and **it also creates scenarios that balancing with simple number changes can't fix.** I've read posts that Yuumi promotes duo boosting cause a high rank adc will have an easier time carrying a Yuumi player. Its an uncommon scenario but Yuumi allows it to happen. She doesn't need to build boots because she rarely detaches from allies except when they're dead. Though she can still build them I rarely see Yuumi players do it. Its a reasonable trade-off but it also means an extra 900-1100G to use for other items. Because of how she's designed she can skip using flash as well. {{summoner:14}} {{summoner:3}} Imagine how strong any other support would be if they could stop using flash and start using Ignite and Exhaust instead? Her ADC can reliably use {{summoner:21}} or {{summoner:12}} instead of {{summoner:7}} and Yuumi can use {{summoner:14}} {{summoner:3}} or {{summoner:14}} {{summoner:7}} or {{summoner:3}} {{summoner:7}}. It's also worth noting that Yuumi was able to teleport with allies she's attached to and Riot's removing that interaction because its too strong. Now lets go off topic a little and remind you how hated and still hated {{item:3504}} meta was. People hated it so much that it that it got all enchanters nerfed and people are still mad about it and want supports to nerfed into the ground, _**but then they created this thing, the most uninteractive enchanter that may ever exist**_ {{champion:350}}, so its not surprising that people hate laning against Yuumi.
: support items
I would prefer nerfing one champion instead of nerfing an item line that gives 5 or 10 ap, cause you're not always going to reach 40 ap, and 5 or 10 extra AP is shit. Do you see tank supports sacrificing armor runes for adaptive ap? No, of course not. They'd prefer to have more armor but Riot won't give us a tank relic shield.
: And my comment was referring to her power ADC-wise. It's entirely true that removing the lifesteal component altogether wouldn't hurt support Senna at all.
In hindsight I should added something like "to expand on what you said" lol
: You obviously don't know what Riot's actual metrics for nerfs are, nor their already existing statements that her release was "successful." You've obviously never been around when Jhin scaled up to 2400 AD because of a glitch in his passive.... for over 3 MONTHS, which is high enough that his E could literally pentakill a team by itself! Season 3-7, some champs were considered balanced around a 67% win rate. 51-54% win rate is normalized win rate for League of legends. They don't balance around 50%.
Also, using the article I linked to answer your question. Senna meets the requirements for a nerf as listed in the article: **_Level of Play: Gold Nerf if ANY are true: 52.5% win rate while ban rate is above 5x the average ban rate._** **_Level of Play: Plat4 to Grandmaster 52% win rate while ban rate is above 5x the ABR_** _**Level of Play: Challenger 45% ban rate**_ As of today Senna is over 60% ban rate in challenger and over 54% win rate as ADC in all ranks. Maybe in the past Riot handled nerfs differently but it doesn't change the fact that this is how Riot handles nerfs now. https://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/2019/07/dev-life-of-a-patch/ (edit: different article that provides more information, my bad)

: Wow you totally want to bury her.
Her win rate as ADC hovers around 54-55%, her support win rate is 52% and her ban rate is over 60%. She's going to get nerfed pretty hard in a single patch, I doubt they're going to give a series of nerfs over 3 patches for this. You should expect one big nerf and a few adjustments kinda like what they did to Kayle.
Navarune (NA)
: I was completely with you until you hit her base damages. Hitting the AD scalings and/or replacing them with ap scalings would be enough to discourage the ADC role. Hitting her bases lowers her effectiveness as a support more than anything.
That's because she's strong as support too, not overpowered but still strong and needing slight nerfs, but the nerfs should hit her as ADC the hardest.
: Senna is so broken, shes like imagine an ashe that had heals, had infinite scaling and had damage. Its just way too good, she needs half of her kit to be gone basically, no more self healing for Q and R, base range down to 525, passive scaling nerfed.
: Draven technically has utility with his E (knock back and slow), not reliable, but it's something given his ridiculous damage output. BUT this isn't about Draven. Anyway, I'd love for Senna to be modified to work better with enchanter builds so she can work as a healing SUPPORT, not a second carry. She's classified as a marksman support because she uses her auto attacks more often than her abilities, shouldn't be because she can "flex" into more than support. The problem is I'm not sure how to "force" her into just support or make her role diversity just more difficult, without fully changing her.
Well here's a few things I would do, obviously not perfect: - Make it so on-hit effects from items applied by Senna's Q deal 50% reduced damage. This hits the Muramana build that only ADC Senna uses. - Decrease all of Senna's AD ratios by 10%. - Increase all of Senna's AP ratios by 5% as compensation. - Remove excess critical strike chance to life steal conversion from Senna's kit entirely or gut it. At the moment it only benefits ADC Senna. - Add a 20% AP ratio to her Q's damage so she's encouraged to build utility items. - Huge base damage nerf to Senna's W(reduce it by 20 at all ranks??) and slight base damage nerf to Senna's Q.(reduce it by 5-10 at all ranks??)
: You ignored all the points made in the OP. Draven, Jinx and Ashe have the exact same weakness as Senna, and yet Senna is the one who can heal herself and an ally while also dealing damage, and get free lisfesteal later in the game. She also has a root that is in essence better than Jinx's. Not saying Senna is a god, but it IS clear she has more strengths than weaknesses.
Her free lifesteal only helps her as ADC. When playing Senna support I never get the life steal bonus cause I'm buying items like Umbral Glaive and Athene's, so I really see no point in her having lifesteal included in her kit. It'll only benefit her incredibly far into the game or if she builds crit items. I'd be perfectly fine with them gutting her lifesteal or removing it from her kit entirely cause she already has healing on Q.

: Curious to functionality of his passive. If Wukong is in the Jungle would he get a physical shield frequently?
My exact thought. It'll probably be a 50 damage shield that scales to 200 at level 18 because of how frequently it'll be used.
: Senna is too strong right now, here's some potential fixes instead of screaming about winrates
All they need to do is nerf her Q damage and base AD. Reducing her ult a bit AD ratio is another possibility. Reducing her starting range to 575 would also be good. What they really need to address though is mist stacking. If Senna is ahead she scales even faster than when she's behind and snowballs out of control. I wouldn't ask for her to scale with level but the souls she gets should be handled the exact same way its handled for {{champion:412}}. I really don't see the need of her getting mist from auto-attacking when it should be left up to random minion drops and kills which is a lot easier to control.

Just read the article. If you share a username with someone else in a different region you lose your name how hard is it to understand that?
rujitra (NA)
: You have **NO CLUE** who has the same username as you. Period. Full stop. There is absolutely no way to know this. It could be some level 1 account, or it could be a level 300 grandmaster from another region that has the same login name. You have no way of knowing this. So stop acting like you do and spreading lies.
I never said there is a way to know which account is sharing your name. I'm simply stating that you could lose your name to inactive accounts.

Saezio (EUNE)
: > **They should let us use the same username when logging in for league of legends and a different username or our email for their global service/other games. ** So, instead of the people that share usernames changing their names, you want EVERYONE to have double credentials. Why? Maybe riot should just give dibs to the first person that loggs in between the 2(or more) accounts that have a shared name and this way I think a lot less people would have to change.
They should've remained as region locked League of Legends accounts with the option of being linked to a global Riot Games account. Or they should've added better priorities to the usernames so whoever owned it the longest and/or the most recently active player gets to keep it.
Saezio (EUNE)
: I doubt anyone would have my username lol. I made sure it would not be the case as this has happened to me in another game nearly 10 years ago now. So, when I picked up League I intentionally made my username unique. So, how is it decided which of the accounts needs to change name? Do both change? Is it based on seniority? How does it go?
All accounts with the same username need to be changed, the last account that doesn't have their name changed gets to keep the original username. :|
Saezio (EUNE)
: when did usernames change? I have auto login and nothing has changed
It depends on whether or not someone is sharing your username/login(not summoner name) for a different region or if you have a PBE account there may be some conflict, but some people have old PBE accounts that have been locked so they can't get back their usernames until Riot does something. People are also losing their usernames because old accounts that aren't being used share their username. It sucks.
: yummi is number one boosting champ, just get ur challenger friend to adc and u play this stupid afk champ and ez dubs. this champion was never meant to be at average wr, either broken or trash tier, since her kit is so inherently toxic
I agree with you. She needs reasons to detach herself from her allies and she needs noticeable benefits when detached. She shouldn't be attached to an ally indefinitely early game, she should be detached 50/50 of the time in lane so she's forced to take risks sometimes for additional rewards. No amount of buffs or nerfs will fix her current design because its inherently flawed, in her current state she can just sit on her ally and spam abilities without interacting.
Dolfro (EUNE)
: Unless you revert username change, i'm not gonna log-in into this garbage game.
I just don't understand the need to make a global service when only a small percentage of players would ever move to different regions to play the game, like pro players, and not everyone is going to want to play Riots other games either. I highly doubt even 1% of players are going to play their account in multiple regions so the entire thing is pointless. **They should let us use the same username when logging in for league of legends and a different username or our email for their global service/other games. ** All they've done is inconvenience and piss off a ton of long term players by taking our names that aren't even being used now that we've been forced to change them, its so fucking dumb.

: Looking at your build order, you sold your starting items to buy Mobi boots after dying 2 min in under the enemy bot tower. You continue to die under the same tower rapidly (for a total of 6 times within 7 minutes of the game start). You then quickly die three times in top lane, totaling 9 times in 9 minutes. Only after 9 minutes in do you buy jungle items again and start to veer back to a normal build and death frequency (you even resell your mobi boots in exchange for Berserker's Greaves). If you intentionally feed for any amount of the game then an intentional feeding ban is appropriately placed.
They're on a level 22 account so this is just a slap on the wrist. I'm pretty sure they're a low ranked smurf or a toxic player that already got banned.

Caitlyn gets a ton of range when you step on a trap though. Exhaust is also 650 range which is still higher than the auto attack range of all champions and is 50 range higher than ignite. +50 range on exhaust and changing the cooldown to 180(from 210) would help a lot though.
: She is busted. Screw playing her as support, I've been playing her as ADC and dominating. Her starting range is 600. I've been getting to 775 AA Range with ease (140 stacks)....That is RIDICULOUS. Not to mention all the FREE CRIT, FREE AD, FREE LS, AND Gold she gets. And that's not even her entire passive! She still deals % Current HP (Think up to 16%? maybe higher didn't look at it at lvl 18) every 2 instances of damage that she can proc every 4s on a champion. Deals increased Damage and gains MS on-hit. AND her AAs are not Projectiles. And what are the down sides? Oh her Crits deal 35% reduced damage (Irrelevant), Her AA wind-up time is slightly increased, which is reduced by AS, and she doesn't gain AA per lvl. Other ADCs gain roughly 3 AD per lvl. which means after 55 Souls she has gained more AD than other ADCs get at lvl 18.....and she can easily get 55 souls by lvl 10 or so....I mean I'm getting 140 stacks by end of game on average....lol.... That in its self is SOOOOOOOOOOO much free stats, with out even including the other parts.......Her stacking mechanic is easily the STRONGEST infinite stacking mechanic........ All this mind you is her passive....then her Kit is Overloaded as well lolz.......
I think she scales way too fast when ahead.

: Senna is a bit nuts
I want to see her win rate for 2 or 3 patches before Riot makes any decisions. OP.GG says she's hovering around 47-48.5% for ADC and Support. Just play a support with hard engage like Pyke, Thresh, Leona or Blitzcrank. Senna can't do much if her ADC is pulled or stunned. - Her healing is lackluster. - If she's not behind or aligned with her allies she'll have to decide between healing them or damaging you. You have to force fights and not let her poke you. - She's has less CC and peel than the average support. She can't stop a fed assassin and most champions will run over her. Her team will either be forced to build around her and pick more tanks or they won't, in which case her ADC will have less peel. - Her strong point is her damage but her Q pushes waves, just gank her. - She's very immobile. Even with her E she only gets a 20% speed boost. She might avoid leveling her E for more damage too. - She's very feast or famine. When she falls behind she falls behind really hard. Senna not being able to collect souls or get gold from Frostfang is a huge problem I have if I fall behind when playing her. My only problem with Senna is that they designed her to be an ADC and Support, and not as a Support that feels like your playing an ADC. If they do nerf her though I hope they hit her damage, not her range, and I hope they raise her AP ratios slightly as compensation.

I thought I would be the only one that thought it was shit but guess not. They should gave us something like Black Scourge Thresh and add more skins to the Iron Inquisitor/Cursed Revenant line(Iron Inquisitor Diana and Cursed Revenant Pyke for example, or create new ones..)

: If you didn't buy Duskblade before, you're not gonna buy this now, it's just a worse version of with less stats for less gold. If you were one of those who already went youmu's for the active over duskblade's superior stats and a two in one passive of damage and blackout, you're not gonna settle for a worse version of the thing you already weren't buying.
Either way its made for AD supports cause they need more item options. There might be only a handful of champions that will use this item but its been created with a purpose in mind, if you're not going to use it then just don't buy it. They're still working on Duskblade on the PBE too.

: >Umbral Blade - 2400 total cost, Serated Dirk + 2 Long Swords, 50 AD + 10%CDR + 10 Lethality + Blackout passive You do realize noone's gonna wanna buy this right? A budget utility item for ASSASSINS. You're gonna have adcs trying to convince their Pykes supports to buy this and even they will fail because pyke's inflated gold income will just let him buy full items instead of a budget knockoff.
By all means its a niche item but its made specifically for champs like Senna and Pyke and **they will buy this**. I could even see Jhin players buying this or pro players because it gives vision control for a cheap price but will likely get sold late game cause the stats aren't amazing.
: Why are people complaining that Zz'rot is being removed?
It was a niche item that I liked buying as support. The problem I see with these types of items is that the average player doesn't know when to use them, and if they're buffed they end up being too strong and then nerfed into the ground. Zz'rot post nerf spawned weak af minions that could barely hold a lane, let alone push a lane, and banner was removed entirely because of Sion.
