: I'm surprised that top impact is being addressed before ADC. I would say in my 8 years of playing this game the role is the weakest it has ever felt, especially in pre-fifteen minute influence, and still quite a lot past that. Getting one-shot by supports is not necessarily fun or interactive. Has there been any talk regarding that state of ADCs? We are seeing them evacuate bot lane to solo lanes to avoid having to lane against a support, for example.
I myself am an ADC main and I don't really feel adc's impact is in a bad state. You gotta remember the majority of adcs are meant to be weaker early on and scale into monsters.

yes I know it took a lot of dedication to Riven for a player to do that, but that doesnt make it less annoying does it? oh wait, but you must be some god of complete perfection to have never lost a single time in this game, the all mighty being who knows how to perfectly counter play everything

In a combo, it is R+E then Q+click backwards and then auto to cancel auto animation then do whatever else etc. The only actual simultaneous abilities (not counting hydra) is in sets of 2. Obviously you know this, otherwise you would have actually said what multiple abilities will be done at the same time. Yes, CCing is dependant on who you are playing, but at the same time, most top laners have a pretty decent way of ccing her. Even ornn does unless _the riven outplays you_

: Riven does not use 5-6 empowered autos that can easily do 500 damage fairly early on. Most tanks even do not have 2500 hp. Its for a similar reason as Jhin losing the rapid fire on his ultimate.
Riven tho gets to do 3 abilities in the same frame and nuke you entirely without any way of getting away since you are stunned the entire time

Alrighty, tho I do have a concern about Leona in that I feel her W damage reduction is off and I can't shake this feeling its somehow % DR instead of Flat DR, just seeing it say like (-300) when I take damage is just strange. Maybe it just showing how much all my resists are also blocking?

: Always feels a little odd to stack items like that when you're not getting stacking benefit from a passive. Not concerned it's too strong from what we've seen. Do have a small buff to ER coming in 9.10 next week though, since conclusion is that's slightly undertuned. Possible that shifts him to IE/ER builds?
I think the reason it is done is because since Jhin doesnt get as much benefit from Zeal Items despite the AS to AD conversion, the raw AD of multiple IE's just is better for him. I nearly got to 1000 AD in one of my games cause of it

: It isn't cost efficient but it's unhealthy due to the fact that it favors instantly bursting the enemy, detecting vision and allowing you to remove it on a fairly short cd (90 seconds). I never said broken or way better than mage items, it's just simply unhealthy.

Is it still an item? :P * Zz'Rot Portal, as mentioned. * Frozen Mallet has potential, but only seems strong when it's also oppressive - other HP items like Titanic and Sterak's are just better for the most part. * Nashor's is fun, but SUPER niche. * Hextech GLP seems either underused or undervalued, at least in games I've seen. * Gargoyle Stoneplate seems underutilized.
I'd like if somehow executioners could build into both Mortal Reminder and Morello cause 3000 gold for a mage to deal with say Vlad sucks cause either you build that and lose out on your mana CDR item early, or build your mana CDR item and not be able to deal with his healing

I read somewhere that it was related to support item + klepto avoiding csing and only using the mastery to gain gold but is that right? In that case, what made you chose to nerf item instead of klepto? (add a condition to klepto like last hitting at least 5 cs between each proc for exemple)
basically klepto frost fang you can have 0 CS and still have more gold than someone with perfect CS and because you are constantly hitting the enemy you can end up poking them out of lane since you dont need to worry bout CS until you finish the support item quest

She isn't it was improperly documented on Surrender @ 20, it is actually gonna be a nerf cause she got accidentally buffed one patch by 5 damage on her W, so it will be going down 5 damage

I know I know, but it can be difficult to keep every single path they can take warded at times even if using my blue trinket the moment it comes up to try and ward their flank routes also this prob just sounds like whining at this point but there have been times they dont even go for the flank, they just dive through my entire team to slaughter me and get away (Granted that is more on my team not caring to do anything to stop them)
: Assassins are meant to burst you for 2k if you have terrible positioning or are jacking off on a sidelane 30 minutes into the game, otherwise everyone would just be playing bruisers, this item is one of the laziest things i have seen in a long time in terms of design and rewards adcs for playing poorly while making it extremely hard to deal with as an assassin because of its sheer shield size and duration. I think people are forgetting that Assassins are meant to kill high priority squishy targets with ease if certain conditions are met. I get it, the "lul there is to much damage in the game rn" circlejerk is quite strong at the moment and i agree that damage is a little bit to high too, but still. Games are already going to be longer when season 9 comes around, which means that adcs and supports are gonna have enough tools to deal with assassins easily (even more so if you are playing meta adcs), especially at higher level of play. This change seems like it's directed to lower levels of play. I really hope that Riot playtests this change thoroughly and sees how frustrating and unfun it is to play around/against.
I know assassins are meant to pick people off who position badly but there have been times I am with my team, next to my peel tanks like Braum. a LB or Zed fly in nuke me and teleport away to safety before anyone can react

: I don't think reverting IE's passive is a good idea. The true damage at least gave counterplay to crit marksmen. Now it feels like it's going to be a meta where crit marksmen abuse IE +shiv +razor +rapidfire oneshot builds. It's nice that IE is getting the cloak (20% crit) back. Maybe lowering the IE price to 3200 and keep the true damage passive? Otherwise we're going back to the nuke marksmen once again (that was a huge problem before).
well they lowered the crit amp down from 50% to 25% so that will help a bit, also the true damage IE stuff really conflicted with LDR. Plus assassins like Rengar could just grab an IE and a Zeal item and do a massive true damage crit on someone to nuke them even harder

It would take months and months to sort out the skin shards, plus they could end up screwing over people who got their shard legit before this bug. It isnt worth the manpower to go through doing every single account for thousands of players manually
