1 - no she doesn't need it you get a icon already and I tell by her gun visual effect since it kinda glows depending on the skin, the sound is nice but i rarely use it as i listen to music as I play
2 - Q isn't used in a fight unless they are out of auto range, having it go off quicker makes 0 sense for her kit. It is an unneeded buff for her as you use Q just as a fight is about to start to get some poke damage off then the rest is W/E/autos. Then as the fight is wrapping up a Q if they are just out of auto range and running away as you are trying to run them down or you just R them if its up.

just to give another games experience with bots and how it ruined the game. Diablo 2 was great at its prime and about 4-5 years after it was released and ladder seasons didnt really exist anymore botters took over the game and crashed the in game economy in less than a week. Two of the most popular items for sorc and necro were Stone of Jordan Rings(SOJ) and Shako helmet. The SOJ was not super rare as it was the basis for the currency. Once the bots got going you could get SOJ for free. Then because it was free money every other item lost its value in the following week. You could get any item in the game by just making a game saying 'need XXXXXX for SOJs' and you would get the item in less than 3 min. I remember that after the bots came over and would do baal, diablo, necro, meph, and andy runs in matter of 7 min or less on hell difficulty. They had some sort of auto pickup where it would get the item ever before you could. It just ruins the players experience when you do not get to play the game.
Then now in league what is happening I have been seeing bought bot accounts crop up in my plat ranked games. I had high silver accounts playing in plat ranked games and you can instantly tell these people are smurfs. You can see how the bots tanked the MMR but soon as they do their placement they have insane mechanics. The lee I played with yesterday would land a Q start to take it in then realize it wasn't good and im guessing ward hop the opposite direction. I have only seen that done in youtube and never at my elo. It is giving players easy access to accounts to ruin other peoples games. This is a practice that needs to be stopped immediately. I'm perfectly fine if you take a new account and level it up yourself as I did that to test and at the time I placed 1 rank below where my main account was at the time(main gold 5, test acct silver 1). I have come across 3 accounts in the last week that were high silver, clearly smurfs and/or trolls, just to mess around.

I don't think he should have one to begin with it really takes the skill expression out of the good vs bad players. You are getting a fixed 100 range if you have that gun to give you 650 range. If you leave the range indicator than you kinda have to put it on every champ and if you don't than you are putting a disadvantage to other ADC. The range indicator on RFC is different because it is not a fixed amount and certain champions can get 78 or 100 or 150 extra range. If RFC had a fixed amount than I think the indicator should be removed.
{{champion:18}} definitely needs a QoL change to her E. Twitch if you go in game and hove your mouse over his E spell in the description that pops up in red it gives you the max stacks damage before armor. This needs to be done for tristana also.

my last lvl up i got annie champion shard, garen champion shard and like 90 BE. I still need 83600 (16x4800+6300) BE to get the remaining champs and not to mention the new champ which will be 7400 additional I think. I have no shards to disenchant either since I do it to get the BE so I can get the champs.

i doubt that they will get rid of bots anytime soon, as crappy as that is to say. I think that when they are looking for sponsors they go we have X amount of players average everyday so you could get this much exposure. I'm not sure why they wouldn't of got rid of them so much sooner since they are infested in anything but draft pick and ranked now that twisted treeline is gone. I played on my ARAM account yesterday and 2 games in a row we had multiple bots in the game.

I know but can you switch to any of them at any time? Does he have to stick to 1 till he runs out of "ammo"? I just don't like champion designs that have everything. I'm much more of a fan of a champion that gets released and you can go oh his counter is X. Like this champion is weak due to lack of range or very squishy or has long cool downs. It just seems like all of the new designs are good at all master of none. I would like more specialty in order to create weak points that you can exploit or be exploited on. I just see older champion designs such as for example {{champion:18}} you can keep her down early by hard shoving into the tower since she struggles to farm under tower with her E passive. Or {{champion:67}} you can just out poke her to death since she has no ability that goes past 550 range. {{champion:142}} {{champion:350}} {{champion:517}} {{champion:235}} {{champion:246}} {{champion:145}} {{champion:555}} all have kits that are just so strong that they are like god tier or crap.

Fine line of too much free stuff? How is almost 3k (2929 to be exact) games of league played in the last 3-4 years and still not getting all the champions for free giving away too much free stuff? If I have 20 champions to go which i think is a fair guess. I get a new champion at the rate of every 23.24 games. (146 champions overall; 2929/126 Champs I own). At an average of 25 min per game every 9.5 hours of play time I get a new champion. That is beyond slow progression even in games like WoW.

Example: you own 25 champions of the 140 available (for arguments sake not the real number i guessed) so you level up and get champion capsule. That champion capsule has to be one of the 115 you don't own. Now you buy 2 more champions so you now have 27 champions of the 140 available. Then you level up again and you get one of the 113 champions you don't own and so on. Once you have all the shards you start to get random ones. You will still need to heavily grind for the BE but at least you have all the shards.
Its really bad its 3 full seasons in and I still don't own all the champions i'm like 15-25 short. I refuse to spend RP on something that should be much easier to get.

600 range as a base already offers you a decent amount of safety. That is why cait is considered so safe with her 650 base attack range.You have to use a gap closer or some sort of stun to get on cait. As for the infinitely scaling champs I am ok with them on the damage side but you should not get range on top of it. There is not 1 consistent thing in this game that out ranges a tower for base auto attacks because every time they do have it, once you get to that point it becomes an auto win. Hence the banner of command with baron buff cannon minion meta. They removed it because there was no real way to stop it since it was outside the cannon minion range.
Stat wise she is squishy but shes not worse than sona. I really don't see a problem in terms of how squishy she is if sona is more squishy and dances around the edge of the fight because most of sona spell range is 1000.
if you play her as an adc you are getting less stacks but still getting around 70 in about a 25 min game, when you play her as support that's the problem because you easily get 160 stacks in the same amount of time. I didn't say to touch the rest of her kit at all cause she is fairly balanced.

i disagree I don't want to go as far as the original poster but I hate her range later in the game. She becomes like a cannon minion with banner of command on it vs towers. It is not good and lack of interactive to play against since you cant really push that off the tower since she out ranges it. I think they should take her 600 range leave it at that since its already large and just remove the +25 range from her passive.
Edit: towers have 775 attack range and senna needs only 160 stacks to out range a tower

theoretically all players should have low ping but its not possible with distance to the servers. In NYC I get 25-30 ping to the live servers and PBE 100-110. When I play with my friend from Boston he gets 40-50 ping to live and 120-140 on PBE.
That is the exact reason they moved the servers to a more central location to give most of the player base a decent ping where Pros are like 60-70 ping now. Its really rare to hear of someone now with over 100 ping on the NA server. The old server location it would be at least 2-4 people every game with 100+ ping in NA and it was complete BS for them to have the servers there and not a more central location.

riot support cant figure it out, so how is someone who doesn't know how the client works going to figure it out.
Things I did fresh install of windows, yep, didn't solve anything. Repair client files with riot support, didn;t solve anything. Multiple reinstalls of LOL, still didn't do anything. Switch Computers and internet connection to play league on, didn't solve anything.
Riot support said they are well aware of these issues as they are common. If they are common and still not easily fixed then we have a bigger issue of riot actually taking the time to fix them. I have had some of these bugs for 6+ months already at this point it is willfully negligent on these bugs that they know and do nothing about.

its definitely not my business fiber internet. I have a guaranteed 1 GB up and down at all times. Ever since I bought it I have had 0 problems with streaming data such as Netflix while I game. I do not have unstable internet so that cannot be me.
As for freezing going into game no because I get an error message that pops up in windows saying the program has stopped working so its a client bug.
When the music changes song when i have the client only open it freezes for a second while it like jumps to the next song in the playlist.

Why do I have problems with the client in 20% of my games if i'm so far ahead of the recommended specs and that is even higher than the minimum specs. Its weird that CSGO, any COD game, Fortnite, Borderlands 3, F1 2019, F1 2018, F1 2017, Diablo 3, Starcraft 2, Dota 2 etc. I have 0 problems with the clients being bugged ever. When I play league its a hope and pray it doesn't bug. I have un/reinstalled the client about 5-6 times this year already trying to fix it on the order of riot support tickets. They have no clue what is wrong with the client and have 0 desire to fix it at this point or else it would of been fixed when they forced everyone to switch over from the old client to this one.
Bugs I see all the time:
1. Runes don't change even when selecting a different rune page - Error given when trying to switch with plenty of time left in champ select (60+ seconds)
2. Cant see champions in pick/ban phase
3. 100% loading in game bug where it freezes (most common for me)
4. Random Freezes when it changes the background art/music
This client makes me so mad that this will be one of the main reasons I quit this game. I just want to get home from work or the gym and be like oh lets load up a game and not have to get mad that it doesn't work and in order to get it to work again I have to reboot my PC. Even though it takes 10 seconds to fully reboot I shouldn't have to do that ever because it crashes from a bug.

then we are back to old runes/mastery problem of there is only 1 viable path to go for ADC. With only 2 or 3 being strong. Where other classes can have a choice. 23 champs have been played bot in worlds, 10 of which are marksman and they 97% of the time go precision/inspiration (ezreal exluded). Bot champs will always have the 2-4 strong but at least give us different options for viable runes then.

The problem is they nerfed fleet so we have to go biscuits in order to gain the sustain. That was a fine move fleet was too strong in my opinion. I don't want them to overbuff gathering storm I just want to be able have a viable choice to pick 1. boots&biscuits or 2. gathering storm.

I agree but when the rune is not taken by the best late game scaling class because games don't go long enough. There is a bit of a problem with the rune. In Worlds group and playoff it has been taken 2 games by {{champion:145}} or {{champion:498}} the rest are boots/biscuits. The 2 games I found are G2 vs Griffin (group) and TL vs AHQ(group) both times they took it they won. The G2 game only lasted sub 30 minutes so you never really got the full power from the rune they got 14AD. The TL game it lasted 30:57 and by the time you get to enjoy the rune the game is already over.
The problem is since games are decided pre 30 minutes and this is really a 30 min+ rune it needs more of an impact in the early game. There is not a good reason to take it over biscuits which give you so much lane sustain. ADC need a different option for runes since we have pretty much Precision tree/Inspiration otherwise you are putting yourself at a disadvantage.

she definitely needs nerfs no question about that after playing her. If she didn't attack so slow she would be an ADC but the second game I built her more like an ADC than a support and with {{item:3036}} she became instantly over powered. I felt like an I was shooting people from too far away and doing too much damage late game. Any Crit adc does more damage than her late game but her range is what makes her really dumb because of the move speed on the passive also. Shes just too hard to get on top of.
The other problem is that if they try and get close to you, you hit them with W (stun) and then E away since you get bonus movement speed. Shes so hard to get onto unless you flank her and she doesn't see it coming.

when I played her last night in 2 games and got 230-250AD, 100% crit, 850 range(total, +250 passive), 50% life steal from just my passive. She is very overtuned because I did this in UNDER 30 minutes in both games. Her late game is stronger than the kayle right after her rework. The one game I played was a fiesta and I had 1000 auto attack range by the end. No champion should have 1000 range that does like 400 per auto on a squishy. You can just kite them forever and they will never be able to kill you cause your range is too big. {{champion:51}} {{champion:18}} {{champion:222}} are already very abusive with their range late game and she does not need to be in that arena as well.
Suggestions to change her (try one):
1. kill the range portion of her passive so she doesnt get bonus range
2. make it 2-3x harder to get 20 stacks
3. Do not make extra crit give life steal

Yea I tried on an alt account to see how far I could go without voice comms in CSGO earlier this year and the best I could do was LEM (Legendary Eagle Master, 3rd highest rank) and I have been playing counter strike since 1.3. That is where I leveled out to a 50% win rate since past that you have to time throwing smokes together to take sites (so you two people don't throw smokes in the same spot and leave an area open), flash for teammates to peak corners etc. I tried for like a month and I couldn't get above that 50% win rate and sat right there, where I could clearly out gun people in almost every single fight. Soon as I turned voice comms back on after I felt like I did all I could and in less than 40 games I was global with that account.
From my experience with voice comms a lot less people are toxic with voice because you all want to win. Lower elos in cs go like silver and gold nova are the most toxic by far because they want to win but aren't fundamentally good at the game. Even then they toxicity is about 20% of your games. 1 in every 5 games in low elo CSGO is toxic and its usually one person. Once you get to about MG1/MG2 that is when people start to be less toxic and more willing to compliment you with 'nice try' 'nice hold' etc. In CSGO I count the number of times I have a toxic team vs in league I count the number of non toxic teams I have. I have been working of fundamentals in league and norm games are incredibly toxic I do not know how people are not chat restricted more. An average game of league for me, I played about 800 games this season so far, and I have to mute 1 person per game for toxicity. I am not sure why league is so toxic in game with people flaming but that is why I feel this game really has lack of new players due to its toxic nature. I think voice comms will actually cut down on the toxicity levels in this game sine people are more afraid to talk shit then type shit.
I really like league as a game but the community is like dealing with a bipolar 5 year old who also has multiple personality disorder. People go from completely normal to off the deep end in a few seconds.

i'm all with you for voice chat because I come from Counter strike (been global elite since ranked came out in csgo) where you can't play the game at a high level without voice. Unfortunately as you can see from all the down votes you are getting it is not accepted here like it is in the other games. This community has the least amount of ambition of any community I have ever been a part of to actually improve. They have never had voice comms in the game so they have no idea how the community will even react to it. All anyone ever says it will be bad and/or you don't need it with pings. Yet the pros constantly use voice comms in every game. This community reminds me of a little kid who you are having try new food for the first time and before they even taste it, they say they don't like it.

well for an ADC your cs numbers are a little low, the things that got me to plat was me being able to CS well and team fight. I am playing a lot of normals now to work on my lane phase as that is something I am not good at and when I watch my demos I take way too much unneeded damage and shoving with lack of vision. I would say work on your cs numbers and go watch a demo of yours to see where your gameplay is weak and then try to improve those areas.

riot should balance around masters+ solo Q. Why?
1. More games played in a day in masters+ than all pro games in a year. Gives a lot more data to balance against.
2. Money to sustain game - You have ill give you a lot and say 1000-1500 pros across the world. You think keeping 1500 people happy vs the 99.99% of people will sustain your game. All the pros in the world can't spend enough money to fund 1 region none the less the rest of the world.
3. Good Game turns into a good pro scene - There has not been 1 game in history that started with a pro game that has filtered down to a regular player base. Its why games like Counterstrike have been around for so long, the gameplay for the average player is still fantastic. When you have a good base game your pro scene is very interesting to watch. Magic the gathering, SC2, Counterstrike, WoW, Rocket League, etc.
4. New Players - Imagine you are a new player and how long do you want to stick around when you find out that you are not the focus of the company but pros are? Are you going to recommend the game to someone else? 'hey try this game they focus on the pros and see us as just funding for the game'
5. Champions are left in the gutter - Because balancing around pro play leaves certain champs in the gutter for long periods of time. You are basically trolling when you pick the 43% winrate champion because he only works in coordinated play. When you leave champions in bad spots for very long time it pisses your player base off. Perfect example is {{champion:62}}. How long was he left in the gutter? How many new Wu mains have we got in the last year? How many new {{champion:145}} have we got in the last year?

why I feel adc feel bad to play
1. Base stat nerfs from 8.11 - still haven't recovered
2. Buff to support - not the worst change but it made them dominant in the lane phase over ADC since they can solo kill the adc
3. ADC item rework - when they changed IE from 250% we never really recovered in terms of power since we need so many items now to be powerful which leaves our agency low. You can have 5 kills, 3 assists 207 cs @23 min in the game and not have 3 items yet (proof: https://youtu.be/MXQKGaUXZLQ?t=26) Then the average game time doesn't help either with it being less than 30 min (https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/rankings/game-durations/na) We are hitting our spike with less than 7 minutes of average game time to make an impact.
4. Bruisers got lack of cooldowns with {{item:3161}} and they have a ton of dashes to get on top of you because of this {{champion:24}} {{champion:58}} {{champion:39}} to name some
5. Ad Items weak to their AP counter part - {{item:3802}} vs {{item:1038}} or {{item:1058}} vs {{item:3086}} our items stack better but we need 3-4 items to be strong vs a {{item:3285}} from a mage beginning to be strong.
All of these combined are why ADC are ranked one of the worst role to climb with currently.

As an ADC I hate when I see a tank go in to start the fight and then they are dead in under 4 seconds. The worst part is they did absolutely nothing to our team besides give us a free kill.

She has been a problem since riot made her kit {{champion:67}} ish. When her weakness is range its not really a huge weakness since she still has 525 range and a movement ability with E and R. When you take out the people who aren't good with her since her play rate is so high her win rate will probably be around 50-53%. She needs clearer windows of weaknesses in her kit.
{{champion:51}} - bad mid game
{{champion:22}} - more utility based and not super damage (before the buff)
{{champion:119}} - falls off late if doesn't steam roll lane
{{champion:81}} - great mid game fair early and late
{{champion:202}} - bad against tanks and slow attack speed
{{champion:222}} - lack of mobility, not great early game
{{champion:145}} - out range her
{{champion:429}} - everything is bad about kalista needs tons of buffs

{{champion:236}} - great early game falls off late
etc.
Most ADC's have a window where you have to beat them but when a hyperscaling ADC is better than average at her "weakpoints" in the game early and mid that is more of a problem. I hate that she hits a hard spike at {{item:3004}} and {{item:3124}} and then just never falls off from there.

Why I hate playing against her: this one moment where I was playing my main cait we saw their support start to roam mid so my support followed while the minions were just outside out turret (very few minions like 2-3 casters only) So Kasai flash W me then instantly ult behind me under my turret presses Q and autos me like 2 or 3 times and still gets out alive after eating 3-4 turret shots plus me hitting her. I had E on cd and i was like ok so she can dive me when i have 90+% hp solo with no minions and can kill me while we both were 1/0/0. To give her credit she did have rageblade fully stacked and {{item:3004}} {{item:3006}}. I did have flash but not heal and even if I did it wouldn't of made a difference.

as someone who went semi pro in another game (Counter strike) and had tryouts for pro teams I can give you the steps on how to improve.
1. Pick the role you want to play (Mid)
2. Learn how to CS properly
3. Learn wave management (when you should push, when you should freeze, slow push, etc)
4. Once you have them down I would pick 3-4 champions to main for counter matchups when needed
Really Important steps
5. Practice with a purpose - dont say just win the game, start with like having really good CS, then add another objective of to ward more after you can do that consistently you add something like focus on not dieing more than 3 times a game, etc.) Eventually the first step of CS well will be natural, so will warding. This is why you can add tasks to your list over time as building blocks of the basics you need to do without thinking. I think my list had like 45-50 items on it by the end. With like the first 30 being basics of every game then the last 20 being more advanced things.
6. Analyze your games - Biggest thing for improving is analyzing each game you play and take notes on things you did well and things to improve on, Did you hit your objectives in step#5?
Mechanics will come with time as you play more and more
Slowly expand your champion pool 1 at a time. You cant learn 6 characters at once to the level you need to.
Once you get to High plat/Low diamond (plat 2- Diamond 3) take a lesson not for 1 game but multiple games so they can see what you do over a little time.
Don't give up and Practice practice practice. It took me about 10k hours to get to good then another 5k to get to semipro level.

its also alot easier to catch account sharing if a player is say silver 4 mid main then all of a sudden a jungle kha with a 70%+ win rate you can ip trace the persons original account and get that banned as well.

Agreed as an ADC we are along for the ride for like the first 20 min and hope our team is even or ahead. Junglers got slightly nerfed and then mid, which is one of the strongest roles, gets a buff as a result of trying to buff top which makes no sense.
