And then you nerf her ult damage, but make it cover the entire lane, land the damage faster, and spend less time making Kayle have to channel. With these buffs she would legitimately win most early game fights by virtue of giving her a longer lasting Jax passive and an extra 25+ damage per autoattack at all levels. That's not ok, especially when she still scales incredibly well.

I meant only a minor increase in aoe range for ult **and also want to include removal of her exalted magic waves dmg entirely in her level 11 passive**

: She's already strong overall, just not in lane. All you'd do is make her insanely overpowered.

: The wave help waveclear and make hurricane not a must buy. It would cripple her build path more than anything. The mr and armor pen is there because without it, tank will just mow you down till the game end. Slower movement on ult for bigger AoE seems nice on paper but in a game where mobility is key, I doubt it's a good idea. The explosion thought is indeed unneccessary and the slow AoE could be a good one.
