: Is Ivern really unlliked or has he just been an awful weak champion
Ivern by design is a niche champion. He combines Support and Jungle (the least and second least popular roles historically in many regions). He's not necessarily badly designed but his gameplay concepts target the two smallest player populations in most regions so he doesn't see much popularity largely off of that from what I've been able to gather.

Really surprised how many comments are here saying that they would believe these as patch notes. No offense to you but I wouldn't believe these unless I saw them actually implemented into the game as they're clearly too OP and don't make any sense on the champions in any sense (gameplay, themeatic, etc.)

Not like having a ranged top essentially screws over a team as they lose a potentially front-liner. Now, i won't say it's fun, but getting counter picked is never fun. The fact that there are ways to mitigate ranged advantages and clear downsides to playing ranged tops makes it balanced though.

In the past players also would have to choose a different champion if the champion they wanted was not deemed eligible by Riot. Most famously this occurred when Faker was denied SKT Ahri for his Season 3 World Championship because he didn't play Ahri during the later half of Worlds, especially the finals.
: Ay, i'm the guy with the giant top comment on the original feedback thread, and i'd like to start by saying i'm not at all happy by this change, and I'd say why: As you said armor would make him look more like justicar, which shows a much bigger mistake in itself: Aatrox was a stupid coice: 1. He has 2 golden skins already, with 1 of them sharing the exact same colour palette as the victorious line (and doing it arguably better) 2. After 5 years of not giving a vic. skin to supports (if you decide to call s4 Morg a sup, also no too clear as she was also big midlane back then) / 4 years for Adcs you decided to give it to a champ, that has been so incredibly broken (not arguable) that he was to tier pick for 3 positions (top, mid and jungle), atleast for high elo and pro play 3. He was only meta defining because you don't tend to nerf anyone who just got an expensive skin (sounds bad, but works) 4. When writing the 3rd point i also noticed that everytime someone bets a random buff, 1 or 2 patches later a skin arives (eg. Blitzcrack, Ashe), i'm not a big fan (also, Blitzcrank feels far too strong, won all games since his buff (10 i think) ) But the most important part: **Before making a skin, you should always ask yourself: 'Why should someone pick this skin over the others?'** I'm personally a giant fan of golden skins (my 2 favorite fantasy themes are Paladins followed by holy/angel stuff) and therefor own mane (might be all, not sure) skins that are even slightly going into this direction. 2 of those are [Justicar Aatrox and Bloodmoon Aatrox prestige edition](https://pasteboard.co/IGpYtC4.png) . Normally i'm insanly hyped for the victorious skins, as they kinda fit in with my style, but Victorious Aatrox has a problem, why should someone choose him instead of justicar, or even the Prestige one when they work much better. Pro * Victorious Aatrox is (at least kinda) free. * Some may totally be into that marble thing (but as i stated in my previous post about his problem, it doesn't fit in with the victorious skin theme of the past) Con * If i like the golden blue theming, justicar is just the way to go, works much better * if i wanna feel like a warrior king, i'll take prestige Aatrox (for those who have it, prestige skins are rediculus) * if i like the Victorious skin aesthetics, i'll take Justicar, as is comes closer to it Some may see it different, but i really don't think there's a reason players will take it above his other skins, atleast people who play Aatrox as they most likely already have atleast one of the above skins if the like the theme. Ok sry, lost my track there, so lets continue. While these changes are atleast a positive developement and **much** more then i ever expected to get (lost my hope on listening to feedback when i had a discussion with a Rioter, he accidently admited he was wrong and then stoped the conversation. (If someone is interrested : 'we don't change 520rp skins too not confuse our players about our pricing model, that's why 520/750 skins don't receive vfx changes, but 975rp+ do', i then made the argument of Battlborn Kayle and Cookie Morgana beeing the exact opposite and.... still wating for him to answer that one :c) And that's not even the only stupid thing with that Pbe cycle! Ffs, back to Aatrox again! Many problems still aren't fixed, like his body shape, his colour theme, his voice, the sfx (especially ult), rectangle q... (see my last post to get some more. And then people come out and complain about the exact opposite, where 1/10 Vayne getting to the late game and sucking the entire time, keeping her head down until she gets her core items, now wiping the teams clean off the face of the map because they don't focus her in fights, calling her OP for doing her job. Or Fiora being able to duel you if she gets her items, despite not "winning" her lane. What is the preferable gameplay here? People want the exact opposites in games and what they want depends on what other thing is rubbing them the wrong way. Where is this mythical golden middle that Riot should strive for, in order to make games more fair? Eliminate Jungle entirely? Force 2v2s top too? Not give gold from objectives or force 40+ minute long games in order to give an illusion that both teams can win if they try hard enough?

I tried other roles, and has some basic knowledge about them, but when it comes to gameplay, then as support i'm on gold2, gold1 level, and with other roles i'm probably on silver, or maybe bronze. Strategic decisions has nothing to do with roles. The idea of not going into 1v5, because they gona destroy you has nothing to do with being top, mid, or jungle main. Knowing, that 2 mage aren't going to kill Baron has nothing to do with being ADC main. This knowledge can be gathered everywhere. What truly affects the role selection is the inability to understand the situation of others. Some player might not understand what is like playing on top, and getting pummeled under turret, because they never did that. This can lead to more flaming, and toxic kids. But it's not the reason of making bad strategic decisions in midgame, or lategame. Maybe in early game, but just as at the workplace. I trust the other main to know his role, and not trying to know it better. Even though i have a basic knowledge about it.

Warwick's kit has multiple bugs that make him feel incredibly clunky in my opinion. Q - Tap vs Hold lockout timer feels way too long. It feels like I have to hold Q for an excessively long time before Warwick will actually do his Q Hold action. (Pyke, for example, has a wonderfully smooth Q tap vs Q hold lockout) W - Warwick occasionally will not gain his movement speed when following his blood trails for enemies at low HP. This isn't nearly as common as before you last tried to work on it a couple months ago though thankfully. E - E reactivation lockout timer feels clunky as well much like Q. I do think the chargeup before being able to reactivate his fear is important to his kit, but it feels a bit clunky currently (perhaps the lockout timings could be tweaked or some sort of visual representation could better clarify when I can reactivate my E?) R - Rarely (especially at high movement speeds) Warwick's R will make his hitbox seemingly become small and it makes it hard for people to target Warwick or for Warwick to collide with the enemy he's trying to ult. **Thank you for making this post! Bugfixing is an extremely underappreciated art!!!**

: Actually, it kinda has been. Lots of the items and runes that have made characters snowball are either being either changed or removed completely, mostly the dreaded Spear of Shojin finally hitting the road. Conqueror, who has been problematic for ages and has made it almost impossible to tanks to even exist, is finally getting changed to do only adaptive damage rather than true damage. Dont get me wrong, it's not a total fix to the issue, but it's definitely a huge step in the right direction to keep snowball characters like Riven, Fiora, Jax, etc smacked down a notch.

Also, but that's just my opinion, i think anyone should be able to play any role to at least the minimum requierment amount to be decent at it, thats how it was before role queue, sometimes, someone just has to fill or play something out of his usual role, playing other roles will also help improve your game knowledge about other roles, makes you a bit more informative about how they play and what weak and strong points that lane/role has. I think people just need to bite the bullet once every few games, and learn to pick simple champs that can fullfill their role even if it's not their BEST champion/role.

They could've done more, but it's a start. which would have virtually zero impact on his primary role in team fights: catch a target and kill it. if you wanted to reduce his impact, you either : A, reduce his damage or B, reduce his crowd control an armor change will probably drop his win rate by about maybe 0.1% if that, unless it's so drastic that he'll die to anything he fights At this point, either of the above changes would be ridiculous because Riot caused the problem with a completely different stat change and blitzcrank has to have what he does in order to function and if memory serves, he was a negative winrate champion before this drastic change and why? because his entire appeal is to burn a long cooldown and get a target killed. If that doesn't happen, you have a melee only champion with an ult that depends upon AP for damage

If that doesn't happen, you have a melee only champion with an ult that depends upon AP for damage The armor nerf primarily is meant to target Blitzcrank during laning phase so champions like Sona or Caitlyn can whittle him down easier. Once teamfights come around the map is more opened up and squishy champions that Blitzcrank actually wants to pull can potentially hide behind their beefier teammates (presuming the team has them, otherwise that's a weakness of your comp). It's also more difficult to land a hook with so much open space when compared to the relatively small and linear hallway that is bottom lane during early laning phase (and even then there's minions, long cooldowns, and high mana costs with low base mana affecting Blitzcrank's ability to get an engage onto anyone).

He's not a Vanguard like Taric or Braum (or even Thresh with his flay) so he basically needs to be able to be played offensively. Also he has a nice 20 second coolddown on his Q at level 1, I'm unsure making that cooldown even higher or making the ability cost more mana (it already costs quite a lot to use his Q) is the right way to encourage Blitzcrank to be able to fulfill his role in League.

Can be held indefinitely until the button is pressed to reactivate. What you mean is that you should be able to Cancel the wall, which is what Taliyah has. It doesn't last indefinitely and it can't be cast all the time like a toggle. It can be cancelled, which completely destroys it and puts it on CD. I don't know if Anivia's should be able to be cancelled because of how much more often it's up than Taliyah's and how NOT screwing it up is a skill check for the Anivia player.

Deeply agree with your entire post, especially the parts about champion reworks. There's been many good things but I hope some of the more worrying things get extra consideration in the future (overly changing a champion's identity (Aatrox), champions lacking sufficient counter play that are difficult to tune because of how their kit was constructed (Aatrox, Zoe, Akali, etc.)) I appreciate the efforts of the team to make things right though. :) It's no easy task.

Once your account is leveled up past level 30 the amount of smurfs and toxic players goes down dramatically (doesn't disappear, but it's much better). Also, you can mute players if they are giving you trouble. If they don't have anything nice to say then they aren't worth hearing, they aren't going to suddenly start being nice to you either after you mute them so you're not missing anything.

Two wrongs don't make a right; do your part and just mute the people being toxic to you without being toxic back. 3.) Fullmute your team and listen to some chill music instead of their whining. Make League enjoyable for yourself; you can't get rid of trolls and people having bad games but you can reduce how much it creates friction between you and your team.

Idk about you but I still see beefy champions like {{champion:12}} {{champion:201}} {{champion:31}} {{champion:36}} {{champion:86}} {{champion:420}} {{champion:89}} {{champion:54}} {{champion:75}} {{champion:78}} {{champion:33}} {{champion:113}} {{champion:98}} {{champion:14}} {{champion:223}} {{champion:8}} etc take awhile to kill if they're played well. Being a tank doesn't mean being invincible. It means taking longer to kill than a squishy champion if played well while usually (but not always) having decent utility abilities to help out your team. {{sticker:sg-syndra}}

I don't think there's anything wrong with champions being somewhat sexual (in more subtle ways than {{champion:28}}). I think it's cool that MF strikes a really nice balance between playful / seductive and mischievous / trick you for example. Even still I don't think Morgana is particularly sexual aside from being a fallen angel sort of character, which somewhat implies being a little less modest and graceful. I certainly wouldn't call these two champions identical at the very least. Also: What's wrong with having a thin waist? I'm incredibly thin waisted too (although I'm not curvy irl sadly) but I wouldn't say there's anything inherently wrong with their figures.

People being able to opt-out of autofill defeats the purpose because those people are effectively taken out of the matchmaking pool for everyone who is opted in to autofill, therefore decreasing the amount of people available for the matchmaking service to choose from to make a game.
