This is what happens when you get a champion buff on every patch to eventually push him to OP. Like before I would struggle as mid Ekko with the laning phase and now its so easy to win lane and when I get auto-filled Jungle I pick ekko and do better then someone who actually plays the role because he wins so early and his base damage is just too high. I remember when it used to take more skill to play him then what his current is. It's a joke but when then again the balance team has always been a joke.

That;s my recommendation if we were to keep this iteration of Aphelios I think if we start by removing his global range passive effects, we can see how well he stands up. That really needs to be the first thing that changes. Once those are gone, it can be looked at if a button press to stun is still too strong. Without global range we can discuss if 4.5 seconds of vision is too much. Without global range, we can see how other champions play against multiple aspects of his kit. As for his sustain, i agree i think the two easiest fixes for this are to make the scythe pistol ACTUALLY melee ranged and/or cut the amount of sustain it gives. 8-12% lifesteal is really hard to punish in the early game when you don't have good poke damage and are dealing with longer Cooldowns. Shakaram really just needs a passive increase to your attack speed (that doesn't let you break max attack speed). Instead of an auto attack reset, you just have something similar to Jinx's pow-pow. He gets to keep a high attack speed but doesn't get to attack 3-4 times a second with one AS item.
Its not a stun though. if it was stun it would be 10x better lol. That means your chances of actually interacting with went to 0 if he stunned ya.

I think the amp in that damage that ratio so much cause the amount of damage lost in q was alot. Mainly because the amount of times that his second part of Q should be landed is almost 0 due to slow removal. He also lost damage off kingslayer by alot as well.

A thing about the turret. The turret also applies his off hand weapons effects. if you have caliber in your off hand you can then proc that infinite range ability (but I agree the infinite range is like placebo, Sure is its nice that is infinite but reality your not gonna get more then few extra range then what your AA is.) So if you have gravaton on your off hand and you place a turret that turret now applies the slow debuff and you can quickly switch to gravaton to root. I feel like the necessary changes for this champion is this Caliber- No change Inferno- Needs a nerf but not too big of nerf (those instant quad/penta's are kinda nutty) Scythe Pistol (I forget the name) No changes mainly because I barely notice the heal doing much of anything really. If I get hit any cc I'm dead. even if I cleanse it, use the ult for healing I might get a kill out of it depending on how the laning phase went but other then that not alot. Gravaton- Remove infinite range root, to have that type of long range cc is kinda nutty. Shakram- This weapon is nutty but no changes. you need to be basically melee range to make it early-mid game and late game the crit faster return is pretty good. It's his late game more or less. It's an interesting design and I do feel they are blowing how strong the champion is out of proportion.

He seems more like just an attached ability. I do like your idea of him transforming into wolf when near low health targets but that DOES feel like you might as well merge lamb and {{champion:19}} together. Also your ult idea....we already have a {{champion:141}} so the scythe position has been filled. Sorry lol.
though she isn't primarily a scythe champion. Only during the ult ( the ult has duration but I couldn't think of number the duration should be) and the only reason I chooses a scythe is because Kindred is supposed to be a Grim Reaper of sorts when they were whole so the primary thing would still be wolf and bow . though the more I think about it maybe the ult isn't such a good idea theme wise (doesn't really focus on them being two , instead being "oh cool this is what they looked like before he took an axe split himself right down the middle"

And most importantly, why can he finish you from 2000 range at level 6? This champion does too many things. I get it, he’s immobile and all, but he has a tool for every situation and needs some serious tuning. Probably the most broken release ever, it doesn’t help that after several games I still don’t know how he works and how is secondary weapon affects his kit.
I don't see the issue with #2, unless your saying Caitlyn's range is bs. (though He has a sniper, sniper has range, it would be stupid if the sniper had the same range as pistol) Also with all these points at any giving time he can only do 2 of these things at a time. if he has gravaton and Shakram then he can root and place turrets but if he has any other weapons then he loses that ability. Tbh I don't understand why people are whining that his kit exist or doesn't belong when I honestly don't view him as a "hard" champion to play agasint at all. Sure he needs some numbers tuning and I feel he could lose the global root but other then that I don't think he deserve this hate at all. Though champions like Akali don't need to exist.

: Are those champions really complicated **to play against**, though? You're missing the point in my opinion. While correctly executing those champions on a micro or macro level might be complex or very complex, their counterplay is quite straight forward for the enemy. Often a basic knowledge of their kits is more than enough to locate the immediate action required to play optimally **against them**. With {{champion:11}} {{champion:141}} {{champion:105}} you might want to keep your spells after they use their invulnerability, for example, and that's it. There is almost nothing else that you have to keep in mind playing vs those champions. With {{champion:134}} as her opponent you're not required to track her orbs in order to estimate her R damage output: the burden of knowledge is on the Syndra player and not on her opponent. As an opponent, all you have to do against Syndra is watching out not to be in line with her and an orb for a stun. With {{champion:498}} diving in could be suicide if her ult isn't baited out. Now, those are all examples of reasonable "burden of knowledge" for the enemy. My fear (for now, its just a fear) is that Aphelios will either require to be afraid and play around the **entirety of his arsenal all the time** or to study is kit in order to **distinguish which parts of his arsenal are effectively a threath at the moment**.
Tbh I don't think the fact he has 5 guns is the problem. I think after few months the current Burden of knowledge will go down. "oh gun that looks like a sniper, means his range is longer and gonna poke me, Oh that purple orb that looks like a Syndra orb is utility, That one is a pistol so he is gonna come closer but not to close and might be looking for a burst trade, that melee weapon means he got to get up close to hurt me. etc" But the main issue I see is the Off-Hand and switching of the weapons. I'm not sure how the off-hand looks in game but trying be like "alright and he got that weapon off hand so that means x" Is kinda too much and the fact one of his weapons also fire what ever off hand weapon he has equipped so now you gotta pay attention to that? .Even after a year of lease I feel that is gonna be massive issue . Now the switch of the weapons could be less toxic depending on how it works. Can he endlessly cycle through weapons with just w on no cd? Can he not switch that often and has to use up the first gun or off hand first? If that is limited that might make it a little better but might make it worse playing the champion since you feel you have little control over the abilities you have access to. I 'm holding on my judgement till we actually get to see gameplay of the champion and I get to have a hands on with the champion.

Tbh I never liked how isolation worked. I would honestly just rework isolation to where both of you have to be alone so that assassins who is supposed to pick people off are using has it supposed to. "Oh yea I total just assassinated that champion even though I had team backing me up and/or also poking you with knives" like wut. Assassinations are generally done 1 on 1 not 5 on 1 or 2 on 1. No, I had game where both of us didn't have manna but were pretty low but none of us wanted to back with the wave pushing to either of our towers which we kinda of just hovered back behind and occasionally walking up to last hit but the enemy laner got flash up and tried to do flash AA+Ignite+AA for the electrocute but only mange get 1 auto off + ignite and on the second tick of ignite electrocute proced and I died.

tbh Zed and yasuo aren't even top picks. yasuo is actually doesn't win much anymore. usually see yasuo's feed their ass off. Zed doesn't feel very powerful atm. Like I rarely see him banded or picked in the games I play and when he is picked he doesn't do much in the game unless some decided to feed him few hundred kills. Let's take a look a bot lane. If we are talking professional play , then its just kaisai, ezeral and xayah. If talking solo que then you might see and ashe or Caitlyn in there. Top is absolute cluster fuck. Mid had the same Ryze, Akali, few other mages being dominat along with {{champion:246}} and if you are good enough some adc's.

Seems you don't understand how yasuo ult works. Yasuo gets placed depending on the yasuo's cursor. So if the yasuo player is dumb enough he can still end up in turret range. Its not something the game auto corrects to. So when he is real close to when not in turret range its because the yasuo put the cursor right around your champion instead slightly back or off to the side.

Like countless people before me have said. Remove ally creep block. That is just stupid to be hindered by your own minions, nothing skill full around it. To be honest some bugs they let run or balance issues/ clint issues run for so long makes zero sense to me. They make ALOT of money, money that game companies dream of to make off of ONE game and yet with all this money they can't mange to get someone in there to fix it. Makes zero sense. Unless they are legit not funding the game balance department and funding the Lore, skins, Music, cinematics, New champ, Reworks more. That is the only realm I see possibly happening

He would have to die the second he got to lane for that to be possible or before. sadly, you can't stop a nasus from stacking. Physically impossible and most likely after x amount of deaths they left him alone

To be honest I was trying to find a champion to replace the two to fit the theme they were going for. I couldn't. People say {{champion:163}} could but she really couldn't, She a rocky earth user, not anime mech sci-fi character. The ones that could of replaced them already also got bunch of skins (Was thinking Jinx could of replaced Ezeral I believe and possibly cait.) , The main problem is the theme they choose always seems to be anime themed lately or cute then got the straight edge lord events as well nothing more general where your like "Wow I can see everyone in this skin line"
