Assuming she just stands there in it like an idiot yeah it counters her. But that is NEVER going to happen unless she litteraly dc’s from the game.
And thats when 1 Hard CC comes in. It wouldnt break the system in anyway. It still rewards the teamwork aspect, throws in outplay without having toxic design.

Soft CC can be a thing, heavy CC is not needed. Then tune tenacity to be whats needed to counter Soft CC. But make sure the tenacity items do not have high damage bonuses. (Id prefer if they had none at all tbh) Soft cc does not help against this rampant mobility. Let’s look at akali as an example. Her forms of mobility are 3 different unconditional dashes 1 conditional dash And multiple ms steroids. If you don’t have hard cc. You can’t kill her. It’s that simple.
So if you have someone like Casso with miasma, is that not a form of soft CC that counters akali?

: When will people run out of ideas to complain? This guy literally complains about crowd control... this is just sad
Because its a legit complaint. Stuns are a toxic mechanic that should only be reserved for long cast times or skill shots.
: We can’t reduce cc until we do something about the absolutely stupid amount of mobility.
You can. Soft CC can be a thing, heavy CC is not needed. Then tune tenacity to be whats needed to counter Soft CC. But make sure the tenacity items do not have high damage bonuses. (Id prefer if they had none at all tbh)

: > I will happily take an item where it converts all CC into slow. Holy cow, that would be busted. You would just build that against: {{champion:412}} {{champion:111}} {{champion:72}} {{champion:12}} and they could do literally nothing (assuming they were building tank). Maybe you could have it convert a portion of the CC to slow, but if it just converted all cc into a slow it would be impossible to hard CC you. It would probably make {{champion:11}} the most broken champion in the game.

Every CC following up to the next 5 seconds = a slow.

Whats mind blowing about that? They do nothing to really solve the issue. Its as if they were designed when there wasnt hundreds of CC in the game.
