: It's 2020. Auto-fill needs to be removed from normals.
This makes me think of team builder and how much I miss it. Yeah, it'd take a long time to get certain champs and roles, but at the end of it, you played a game as WHO you wanted, with a team you liked, WHERE you wanted.
: I love that riot and so many people seem to hate stat check champs, but the entire purpose of tanks is supposed to be stat checking. They have always been "you must have this much damage to ride this ride" in almost any game. Honestly I think mundo is the best pure tank around right now in terms of soaking damage and even he struggles to keep up with how much insane burst is out there.

I wouldn't agree here. If healing were so weak that grievous wounds isn't needed, Mundo's ult would be useless. Just as one example, but a lot of other champions are reliant on strong regeneration or healing in some way to make them good. It brings diversity into the game from just having lots of health or defense. I DO think being able to stack it on AD champs who AA can become agonizing. Lifesteal itself should maybe be nerfed, but not the abilities on champions who use it as part of their kit.

I mentioned this as part of his issue on my own take and got downvoted. His regen rivals Garens, on average. It's a free dorans regen, constantly.

It's a bit unconventional, but it's worked for me multiple times, and his statistics seem to back this as well. His win rates have been inflated because of a E bug. I am tired of playing Darius and being like 10/0 at times only to be gunned down by a 1/25 adc just because he has an advantage in range and not skill. So because other classes are breaking from what they're supposed to be, we should just do that to all classes so they all become the same thing basically? https://leagueoflegends.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Juggernaut_champion I can't find it on Riot's website anymore, but the definition was ripped straight from them. I was there the day they officially made this definition. Note that, while some may have a bit more gap closing than others, like Aatrox, it's for the most part made of champions that are durable and high damage, but have issue getting close. And I said 1, maybe 2 dozen-the number shown is 14, so yes, I am accurate with my numbers. You in fact just tell a Juggernaut player that he doesn't know what his class is. I enjoy juggernaut play style, so yes, having more of them with the same basic style but different ways of achieving them is good for me. I'm not really sure what you mean by isn't accurate. His ult is a point and click, how much more accurate can you get than that? have you even played the guy? Unless I'm grossly misunderstanding what you're saying. I never said it was EASY to get the line up. I'd expect at high elos it would rarely happen. Lower elos won't pay attention to it as much, and it will happen-given how many times I've pulled it off already. It's not because I think it's a go to, consistent method of reaching backline, but simply having that potential threat that similar champions NEVER get to do feels silly. You seem to stretch my words. Lategame adc's will tear through anything, I agree. But you can expect Sett to have lots of armor, mr, and HP, making him tanky. Not invincible. Trust me, I've advocated for the longest time, ADCs do too much damage overall. I'm with you on that 100%, and I think some other classes should be able to shine equally in the late game. Reaching the background is actually a big deal. Assuming you take a ride on a high hp tank or bruiser and smack them with it, they're likely to focus you. If you have steraks it should be enough (read: this has worked about 90% of the time for me thus far) to get through any CC and get your fully charged W off. You just hit the ADC with 1000+ true damage. Even if they decided to back up a bit, the range on his W is over 800, so he'd have to just...leave the fight to get out of range. And yes, I agree, juggernaut is meant to be in the thick of it. Their trade off is supposed to be difficulty getting to where they want and/or keeping on a target when they do reach them-I'd argue Sett has a bit too much range on his abilities and a psuedo gap closer that puts him over the top. Ok, you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Most ADC's start at around .69 attack speed level 1. The ADC with the highest AD at level 1 is Kalista with 69...which you multiply that by .69 since that's her level 1 attack speed, to get a whopping 47.61, we'll say 48, DPS at level 1. Even with items and runes, we're looking at maybe 60, MAYBE depending on their armor-and even that is probably too high. It's not that his regen is so great he'll just sit there and take autos all day. Rather, when you try to poke him like you would anyone else to whittle him out of lane, and you get him nice and low...about a minute later, he goes from 10% hp to 60%. Garen is notorious for being hard to poke out of lane due to regen, yet his is actually better early since there is no delay. It gets him through lane phase easy. The reduced healing will, again, not matter vs the passive, not just for the expense of it but he can stay out of your range to regen at full capacity. Also just noticed you said % hp regen, which isn't the case. It's a flat increase per second. You underestimate its value early. An additional 2.5 hp/second is HUGE early (I'm going with the middle value at 50% hp for this number). Most agree Doran's shield regen is pretty amazing, which averages to 2.5/second. Combine these two-something many players do-and he feels like he can't get poked out of lane at all. He has a lot of bugs that may end up dropping his W/R when fixed, which is why I'm not calling for him to be completely butchered. I love his style and want him to be viable, but also recognize his weaknesses are too few at the moment. And yes, ADC's should not be top. I never implied they should be, was simply stating in the event you try to use them against him, it's not going to work well most of the time. His weaknesses are too few for what he has.

Everyone forgets you can dodge it I will second this. The only time he can really guarantee it is if you're stunned...and even then, it has a slight wind up. Most of the time he won't hit me with it. That said, the true damage is still a bit high to me for how large an area it covers, with too large of a range. I think having a scaling armor penetration, based on range-that is to say, the closer you are to him, the more armor pen is applied. True damage only occurs toe to toe; a small 10% is applied at max range.

Has a 56% W/R vs quinn, Tristana top isn't even a thing-doesn't even show in records it's done so little, and a 56.2% WR vs vayne. All according to League of Graphs. Mind you, in a team fight if these champs stay well away AND a tank doesn't stand directly between them and Sett, he won't actually combo them at any point. However typically a frontliner WILL stand between the two, and that's when Sett uses the frontline as a one way ticket to the back, where he can smash their face with the rest of his combo. Again, roughly 1300 range isn't short. I could see Kalista working thanks to her mobility, but there aren't enough games to show records on it, so I can't comment one way or another. Illaoi is the one who actually DOES work very well against him. Which isn't ranged to begin with so doesn't fit the conversation at hand. Karma has too little data to say. However none of her abilities prior to getting a tether outrange his W, meaning he can poke her without recourse. Though I haven't personally experienced this matchup so she *might* work. Still, that leaves...one ranged champion I know of IF she works that can lane well against him, and even then, his regen is good enough he could probably regen through whatever poke she puts out, and then excel in team fights.

According to League of Graphs, he's #16 pick top, with a ban rate at 1.9%-that's 23rd. He's far from being heavily picked. Akali, Darius, and Morde have heavy ban rates after Sett, while Morde Ornn and Darius have high playrates-again, after Sett.

League of Graphs is a bit inaccurate due to how their data is represented. League of Graphs compiles *all* matches (ranked, normal matches, etc) into one big pool and takes every match of a summoner into consideration at each rank. This skews data because Challenger players could be facing a team full of Silver players in a Normal match, which obviously is a terrible representation of how good a champion is. U.GG is usually fairly reliable, but that's a pretty low sample size when it's less than 10,000. I'm not certain how U.GG calculates their information but it's usually closer to what Champion.GG says. As someone else pointed out, Champion.GG is still on the last patch, which would explain why it has such a massively different number.

: I don't think the "200 years of collective experience" is actually a true statement, I did the math
I'm falling in the middle of the argument here. On the one hand, yeah, your math checks out, and I agree when someone says 20+, it should usually mean 20-24-though I could give benefit of the doubt up to 30. Anything beyond 30, and I'd say their number is grossly off. I wouldn't count work experience how you did, and I don't know anyone who does. I base it usually on calendar year, sometimes based on semesters, etc. Not hours worked. Someone who has been driving since the age of 18 and is 25 has 7 years driving experience-they don't try to figure out they drove 2 hours a day on average, calculate number of days in 7 years, and go with that number. All that said, I mostly agree with your point. Other have pointed out they said "professional game design experience"-but to me, knowing how to design say, a shooter and balancing it-or really any Non-moba-doesn't count for much in a Moba, since it's a unique genre with a lot of mechanics to learn. Therefore, for his statement to be accurate, I think it SHOULD be saying 200+ years working on League or another Moba. This would come out to 6.7 years roughly, average, per employee, if we go with 30 employees-and that sounds high to me for that to be the average.

I bet we could sell alot of skins if we make a champion that is just like old nidalee, but also gets to steal summoner spells. Zoe doesn't play like Q spam Nidalee did. They both have a high damage Q that does more damage the further it goes sure (more on this in a sec), but the rest of the kit is totally different. At the time Nid was like that she had near unrivaled mobility because of her cougar form jump and the strongest scaling point and click heal in the game. Also, Nidalee's Q didn't deal more damage the further it traveled, it did more damage the further she was from the target. So she would toss Q, turn cougar form, then hop away and get bonus damage from it while being farther from you. With Zoe she has to stay with the projectile meaning she is within counterattack range or she used her ult which you can hit her during. It also leaves an indicator on the ground showing where it is going (which should probably be improved). As for the stealing summoner spells, that adds a whole lot of depth to an otherwise somewhat linear character, although I would argue that she is less linear than most say. It isn't too broken, she isn't going to nuke you to death with extra flashes and ignites, but it rewards those that are aware of the battlefield. If they made it so that she can't hold on to them for as long I wouldn't complain but people definitely overreact to that part of her kit.

It's rare I'll agree with a post in a thread, and also agree with the counter point made right after it. I still find her burst can be absurd- I remember commentators in pro play saying things of how absurd it was at times-but I also remember Nidalee way back when. That crap was completely obnoxious, and I find Zoe does have that counter play-she hops a short distance away, but this only tells me exactly where they'll be momentarily.

: Sett, is the best champ in the game
I mostly agree, though I think he's a tad OP. the current 55% or so WR is partly due to people being stupid when facing him (seriously, if you spread out, my W won't hit all of you), but he feels like he has too much range for a juggernaut/backline access. Yes, his R is a really short range...except you don't grab the squishy, you grab the tank in front of him to get a free ride towards Jhin, then use E to close the rest of the gap. The total range between these 2 is around 1200-1300...which is damned good. His passive health regen early is better than Garen, who's supposed to be the one that's good at that-and even later still gives a run for his money. Trim down E/W ranges, and nerf HP regen, keep everything else, and he's fine.

Most tanks have to forgo some tankiness to actually hurt. And I think Nasus is the one champion in the game we can give a pass on being super durable+super high damage later. He's easy to poke down, easy to gank, no gap closer (though granted, Wither can be brutal), pretty easy to pull off of someone, AOE damage is not great.

Except most stat check champions have some sort of easy way to expose them, windows of opportunity-being kitable, for example. Overloaded champions, when played right, feel like I get no say in what's going on because they have an answer to everything. Hence I'd rather face a Mundo since at the end of the day, so long as I give a respectable distance, there isn't much he can do to me, where as someone like Akali will dash across half the screen, murder half my HP, go invisible, then murder the other half. Meanwhile I'm sitting there wondering what I could have done other than not leave base.

I added her as a counter because pre Conqueror and E spam on Garen, she would pretty much beat you at every occasion but yes times have changed. Having mained both champs at one point or another (Sion is my 2nd most played), yes, he does counter Sion. If Sion slows with E to follow up with Q, you Q, and he does nothing. If he starts charging a Q, pending on my range, either move to the side to avoid stun-worse case get slowed, then Q/E his face, and you'll win the exchange. If I'm close enough to just Q without him being able to react I'll do that instead. You aren't playing against a good Garen if you ask me, or at least not one who knows Sion like you and I do. Having a high amount of experience on both and having played this matchup on both sides, I'll safely say a properly played Garen will stomp out a Sion. And again, statistics support this. Garen will usually win at any level, and an experienced Garen will beat an experienced Sion.

: Mordekaiser is your permaban due to him being impossible to both gank and kill Garen on the other hand, is easier to beat especially early on. Her w can block a full Garen combo and with the right timing she can extremely punish him with a counter engage while Garen is on cooldowns, once she of course reaches full stack on passive. I remember some good Irelias managing to kill me in lane as Garen (mostly pre E conqueror Garen) and this is why I added her up there.

I have to say that it is free at this moment because the free version and the paid version are different, as in the free version, you are not allowed to add gifts to the community chest. Wait... EDIT: This part should be bolded but it won't format correctly:The gift is the ability for an amazon prime member to gift the same loot to other members. In this case, it looks like you're a prime member, and thus got the prime loot...then somehow randomly got the same thing, which Riot specifically says on that very page, restricted to 1 per account. I'm not a Prime member. (End bolding) But then *Also, I thought I was clear, I got the first mystery skin from a free subscription of Amazon Prime (Twitch Prime).* You may not have Amazon Prime, but as you pointed out yourself, the ONLY difference is you can't add to the chests (which I tried googling the free version and can't find a page for it-but only tried about 10 seconds so I can't really comment on free version much). Based on this information, this is what it looks to me: -Prime members can get free loot AKA twitch prime loot -Prime members can DONATE the SAME loot to non-prime members randomly via community chests, so they can get a taste of what it's like-incentive to join -You got free Twitch Prime somehow, which gave you access to the Twitch Prime loot, the mystery skin -Since you're not technically a paid version, Twitch detected you as a non-prime member for purpose of gift sorting. It gave you the gift. -Except Riot already stated on the page for the mystery skin, 1 per account. -You have that second coupon, and now I understand how you got both. But this doesn't void the fact that Riot specifically stated on the page, 1 per customer. Things make a lot more sense now to me. I hope you can see this now. No body is lying to you, and you aren't lying to anybody. I think the way they coded those chests simply don't account for anyone with the free version, since it's only full Prime members who can donate into the chest (because they are donating the things they get anyways, up to 3 copies). Would you agree this makes sense?

I think the system itself is confusing and should probably be explained better, since it lead to this confusion, but ultimately it's a deal of 1 mystery skin per person as listed on that gifting page you posted. Which by the way, you never addressed that in my previous post, the fact that the original web page said limit 1 skin per person, and here you are going for #2, regardless of it being from a different page. I looked at the second link, which I believe isn't one I have seen before. It also says "Once you have collected a sufficient number of gifts to your liking, you can click the Distribute Gifts button, which will distribute the gifts randomly to your **eligible viewers."** It also makes sure to, throughout the article, explain how these are Gifts. In the beginning, it does say they are giving additional copies of "Twitch Prime loot," but then continue to show how these are community gift items and are different from your Twitch Prime loot.

In the beginning, it does say they are giving additional copies of "Twitch Prime loot," but then continue to show how these are community gift items and are different from your Twitch Prime loot. I think you mean the first link is new, the second I've shown in a previous post. Look at the first link, it says under the Q & A: What can Prime members put in a Gift Chest? A. Members will be able to share up to 3 extra copies of select *Twitch Prime loot that is gifting-eligible*. Since these are extra copies of loot, you will still be able to claim the content for yourself. This is literally talking about gift chests, where you got it from, and how members can share twitch prime loot that is giftable. Which is what you got. The community gift is talking about how they fill the chests with gifts via the amazon prime members putting up to 3 in the chest. This is honestly starting to annoy me. I'm trying to help you, looking for any reason to go with what you say, but you provide nothing, while ignoring half the stuff I say and cherry pick from links I provide, instead of reading the entire thing. As for why you were eligible, I don't know, but you still haven't explained how you got it the first time-a code you found, someones twitch channel, etc, which would probably help figure this out a bit more. But as I'm seeing (still) it's the same thing, and you have yet to show anything other than your own conjectures and opinions to support what you believe you're supposed to get. Honestly, unless you show me some hard evidence-an article, forum post, etc. actually saying they are different, I'm done with this. You keep dodging everything I show you with excuses, and it's gotten tiresome. You ignore portions of posts to suit your argument, which is annoying, instead of taking in everything being said.

I'm taking it at face value of what it's telling me. That tab is just there to explain the benefits of Twitch Prime. So are the other tabs. If you click on "Free Shipping," it tells you about free shipping. That is just marketing for Twitch Prime. "Step 2" > The gift is the ability for an amazon prime member to gift **the same loot** to other members. In this case, it looks like you're a prime member, and thus got the prime loot...then somehow randomly got the same thing, which Riot specifically says on that very page, restricted to 1 per account. > I'm not a Prime member. > It can't be made any more clear than this. EVERYONE is telling you this. I see how you got confused initially, the layout is a bit odd, but at this point, if you keep arguing it, you're just in denial. I even found other pages such as: > > https://blog.twitch.tv/en/2019/09/19/prime-members-share-the-love-by-gifting-free-loot-to-the-community-15a372cdd41c/ > The people who are commenting on this thread are disagreeing with me. This is common, as people would rather type when they disagree with the OP. There are also people who would agree with me or are unsure. They also are keying in on how I have obtained the mystery skin already instead of seeing how the customer service agent treated me, so I would say the main ire is with me trying to claim more things, which would present itself as a bias in their reasoning. They want to prove that I am undeserving of what I have received. If you look at the first page, people have down voted a person just for sharing their experience with customer service. They did not even mention anything about the prime loot or gifting. 3 people I believe in total have mentioned how these are the same thing and that is why I shouldn't be able to claim both, and I gave a common sense reasoning: "I received both." I also provided screenshots for how I did, and how the customer service agent didn't check on the functionality or connect me to someone who can. But their focus is on "no, you cannot claim both as you have already claimed a mystery skin, you cannot claim this second mystery skin", which ignores the previous fact of how I did receive two from different sources: the community chest and the Prime Loot. You are the only one from what I remember who even suggested that this is a bug or error, which if I really am not supposed to claim both a Twitch Prime Loot and a community gift chest of the same type, then it would be. Not even the customer service agent mentioned this, and that leads me to believe they don't know what is going on and are trying to cover instead of being reasonable with me. And if they were to say "yes, this is definitely an error, I checked with the people who put this site and extension together, and you were definitely not supposed to receive both," then maybe I would change the conversation. But nope. Also, even you, who actually took the time to do some research, were unsure at some point, as it isn't explicitly stated whether or not I can receive a Prime Loot and Gift of the same type, people are only implying this because it hasn't appeared in my account, and there are some restrictions on the Twitch Prime page and separately in the article about gifting. Now we are basically splitting hairs, essentially because the items have the same splash art and give the same item. This is the important information in my opinion: 1) I received the gift 2) Perspective information: concrete proof that I am not able to obtain a community gift and Prime Loot of the same type, whether if they ask a developer, programmer, or someone actually related to this promotion 3) Perspective information: whether this is intended or not/ is a bug/ is an error > Which talk about gifting...which is loot...the same thing. It's prime members sharing with others, but you can't get the same thing twice, which you did. End of story. You've found a coupon the ground getting you a free burger at Mcdonalds, limit 1 per customer, except you were there earlier today with the same coupon you got online, so they turned you away. This is your situation, now get over it. You are blatantly ignoring all the facts-what the companies themselves wrote and said, and trying to use a poor interface as your reasoning for getting 2. It reminds me of people at Mcdonalds saying their burger had a little too much salt, so now they should get 3 free burgers. As I have stated before, the article about gifting is about gifting. This would be the only time I was gifted this from the community chest. The limits in place from what you see in that article and on the Twitch Prime landing page are separate for Gifting and Twitch Prime Loot. I am using these writings as reference. If someone cannot see my reasoning and perspective on this, then it isn't my fault, as I have clearly explained it and have addressed all of their reasoning and concerns, much more than what the customer service agent did for me. Okay, now let's consider these things, not necessarily all of them are related to our personal communication 1) If the Prime Loot is an added perk for prime members, many of whom pay for the services, then would it make sense that they are unable to obtain the Prime Loot if they obtained the community gift before? 2) If the community gift is giving non-prime members the chance to get items that Prime members can, then why was I able to take a gift from the chest? 3) If Riot really cared about giving away mystery skins, then why give them out in the first place? Honestly, with the amount of gift skins out there, you are almost guaranteed to obtain one. And if you don't, then that really is based on rng and it doesn't mean anything to you. However, if they are not allowing me to claim this gift, then they are actually denying me what I received and my luck in being a part of that stream.

Yes, I have explained my reasoning in regards to this. There is a separate page for gifting which clearly specifies the "community gift" which I have received from "Barbaholic's channel." To further embolden this claim, I talked to Amazon's Twitch staff, and all of them have sent me to another place because they only handle "Twitch Prime" issues -- and that I don't have Twitch Prime -- and not the community gift chest. I'm pretty sure they didn't even know what it was. Also, to even further embolden this claim, with the community gift chest, if you receive that one community gift type, you are taken out of the potential pool of candidates, so don't you even get the chance to obtain more than one community gift of one type, so it isn't even abusable. : Mordekaiser: A Re-rework Concept
This is a terrible idea. You're removing his late game viability, unless he gets a ghost-which gives him the problem of old Morde-not doing crap unless he kills a target. Current Morde can be a threat before this, and gets a bit of a boost if he kills a target. You give him high CD's and more CC like a tank, which he isn't supposed to be. Removing Magic Pen to make it on hit only? Not sure I agree. Again, he's supposed to be able to shred tanks since he's a bruiser, making it so conditional would make that job...difficult to say the least. I'd say just lower the numbers, instead of locking it behind a high CD skill shot/pull.

The fact that his laning phase is good into almost every toplane champion at the moment, and many midlane champions, and that he scales solidly into a teamfighting tank? I see no reason why you wouldn't believe that he is strong. I know I'm going to be biased given I've been playing rework Morde a lot, but it also lends me insight into him I see a lot of people miss. 1) You complain about the "1300g tax", except that 1300 gold makes him irrelevant to you. His biggest benefit, imo, particularly in late game is taking someone out of the team fight that will cause your team to win for an extended period of time-be it the ADC, and assassin, whoever. With a simple item purchase, you are no longer a valid target. Playing as Morde, I absolutely HATE when someone is actually smart and buys the right item. They are no longer a target for my ult. How many champions ults are 100% invalidated by a single item? Further, I have noticed a lot of people simply don't know how to fight this iteration of Mordekaiser. His attacks are some of the slowest-Sion is the only one I can think of with more readable abilities. Maybe Zoe too, but outside of that, if you understand him, you really shouldn't be taking combos to the face in lane. He's also not quite as good as a lot of people make him out to be. It's not that he can smash anyone toe to toe-it's wearing them down over time before going for the kill, via those skills that are again, pretty easy to dodge. Especially if you get a champion with a dash. Fighting a good Vayne top is hell, or Ezreal in teamfights-I can never hit them. Fighting in the midst of a team is where he does best and becomes a real beast, and trying to burst him doesn't work. Except that's really what he's supposed to do. He IS a juggernaut; his CC, while there, isn't as high as a tank like Leona, and he's sorely lacking mobility. His ult can also be played around, even if you don't decide to counter build. So long as his ult is near walls and what not, flashing/dashing and hiding in bushes will burn up most of the time he has you. Admittedly your team may die during this time, but if they hold their own and your opponent was dependent on killing you to win the fight, well, you just won the fight since he didn't get you. I'm not saying he shouldn't be nerfed at all. Given his play rates, ban rates, and win rates, he needs some toning down on numbers, but most people are calling for his head. If this happens, he'll become really under powered. Mind you I'm not wanting Morde to BE OP; on the contrary, I trend towards playing under played (and thus usually underpowered) champions. But I'd like for Riot to not take too much from the community on this one, so when he is nerfed, it isn't an over the top nerf sending him to the never used category.

I quoted that part of the article because that is the relevant part. The part you're talking about is saying the twitch prime users can donate up to 3 gifts to the community chest. The customer support doesn't even mention anything about a bug, meaning they don't know if it's a bug or not. So they are trying to tell me that I cannot claim this because I claimed the same type of item with my Amazon Prime subscription. It only states on the twitch prime website that you can only claim one twitch prime loot from your amazon account. Again, it doesn't mention anything about the community gift chest. "I'm not trying to be against you, but from everything I can find (namely that one article on the subject), Riot isn't breaking any rules. If you can show me something stating they are 2 separate things, or that you are supposed to receive multiple copies of the same loot, etc, that's all it'll take for me to back you on this." In here lies an issue. The evidence I'm seeing tells me that I should be able to claim this. The article isn't enough evidence in itself. For you to take a side would mean that you really want to be against me on this for some reason. Also, let's note, the support staff doesn't always know what they're talking about. I remember a thread before where a guy said his skin shard disappeared from his inventory, and the Riot Support employee told him pretty much the same thing, that he wasn't supposed to get the Championship Ryze shard from an orb/chest. And not only did they compensate him even though they said he shouldn't have been able to get it, but they also gave him the skin after the fact because it turns out the support specialist was wrong! Let me provide more evidence: https://imgur.com/a/kchy8dT Notice how in the top part there is a section dedicated to "Games and Loot." Once I click on the loot, it brings me to the next website, the landing for the Twitch Prime/ Amazon Prime loot. Now let's go to the next section. Clearly there is a separate section for "Gifts," and once I click on it, it brings me to the page that says I have received the gift from Barbaholic's community gift chest. Except it already shows that it is claimed. I didn't claim it and it didn't appear in my LoL account inventory, so it looks like the bug is that the gift populates as claimed. I don't know what happened, but the evidence shows they are separate instances, one a Loot, and the other a Gift. Maybe the system isn't recognizing it, but that doesn't mean they are the same thing. "Except all of your examples are false; in this scenario, there is a rule established (though I'll be honest, I'm not sure where it is stated) that you can only receive 1 of the gift. So to make your example more accurate in any of those scenarios, the ticket/promo code/whatever says "limit 1 use per customer". You then get bounced because you already used the code." Okay, you see how it doesn't state that there is a limit that says I cannot receive both the Gift and the Loot, so these are valid examples. Two separate instances of the same product in each case. Though a better example would be this. You get to buy something for free in a virtual for an online subscription-based website. It states that you can only buy this once. However, the same company gives your friend the ability to gift someone the same thing for free, and your friend gives it to you because they don't need it (and also to keep this in line with how the gifting work on Twitch, you friend is able to give it to random people on their friend's list, a maximum of three). In this case, should the company stop your friend from gifting you that item when you receive it? Also, let's note, for me to receive this gift item, there doesn't seem to be a system in place to stop me from receiving them. The whole point the Riot Support was making is that they are the same thing (they're not), and that it is unfair to compensate me because of other players who it looks like don't have the same issue that I am faced with, even though they would compensate others for similar issues.

So I was going to say something along the lines of "you're trying to say the only evidence we have of this is not enough evidence, hence you're turning a blind eye", but noticed your picture you showed. I noticed some details in it I was going to point out, but decided to look into this myself a bit more via google. I ended up on this page: https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/lol2?ref_=SM_LOLS2_P1_CRWN Which is the page for the mystery skin in question-same picture and everything. I then looked at the bottom, which reads: A Twitch Prime Account age 13+ and a League of Legends Account are required to take advantage of this offer.* This offer can only be claimed once per each Twitch Prime and League of Legends Account** Bolded the important part. Regardless of how you got to it each time, it is limited to 1 per account. To use your examples of coupons online, if you find a coupon on one website which links to Amazon with a huge discount, and another of the same discount-which indicates you can only use once-even if you found it from different sources, which is what seems to kind of be the case, you only get it once. This is definitely a done deal, and if you keep arguing it you're just begging for freebies you're not supposed to be getting.

: 1. Top lane has 30+ played champs, Adc has 20 at best, this alone fluctuate pr 2. Mord is the most picked toplaner in every elo in every region from brazil iron to korean masters+, buying QSS won't really solve anything, since his problematic part is synergy between his passive {{item:3116}} {{item:3151}} and conq. >Mordekaiser has a 3.9% pick rate and a 52% win rate, which goes to show that he's strong in the hands of a player that's good on him, but they tend to be the only people picking him. First time plat+ Mord starts on 52% wr and goes to 58% in sixty games(https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/stats/mordekaiser/top ). So you are right, only the ppl who are good with him are picking him, tho it's sadly every player lul. Despite the pr, cait still holds 50% wr, which combined with massive pr is a lot as you said, but first time Cait has slightly sub 50% wr and after 80 games she peaks 55%, which compared to Mord is lower. I'm not sure about the site you are using(it has same play rate for Lux support as for Mord lol), would look for new one. Look at br and pr of both(https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/builds / https://lolalytics.com/lol/tierlist/ ) Mord - pr - 15%, br - 32% Cait - pr - 27%, br - 19% Mord influence 47% of games in plat+ worldwide, Cait around the same amount. That alone isn't really telling the whole truth, but I think we can already come to conclusion that both are op af.

Having played the new Morde quite a bit, the thing that makes me absolutely saddest in ANY game is someone buying QSS. I can no longer ult them, it goes to waste, and the extra resists ups there chances of dueling me if they end up needing to do so. I really feel this is why so many people struggle with Morde and think he's OP. Instead of thinking about his kit and how to combat it, they try to just blow him up and get stomped in his realm. This is not how you should approach him. QSS if you know he is going to target you, so he won't use it on you, and avoid his obvious Q+E combos. A missed E means he's not reaching you, and you're free to whittle him down. I've had my fair share of games against reworked Morde as well, and since I've played as him, I can easily fight him with a reasonable roster of champions. Learn his range, and he'll miss his combo the majority of the time. Especially if you have a dash-then there's no hope for him to catch you. He'll still probably manage to farm decently, but you won't get stomped in lane.

I'm not familiar with it other than my research here, but that seems to indicate they are, in fact, the same thing. I think the main point in the article I will bring up is that the added loot and gifts are "additional copies of Twitch Prime loot." They are not really the same thing. And this makes more sense because I actually have received the "additional copy." It also doesn't say in the article that you cannot claim both. But I really don't care if it is the exact same thing or a copy. I am just arguing because I don't think anyone knows what they are talking about and are not looking at it at face value. I received the gift. And since I received the gift, then I should be able to claim it. Also, this isn't the first time I wasn't able to receive something from the Amazon prime promotion. The last time I had it, the time before the Twitch Prime Loot I claimed, it didn't even let me claim the free Twitch subscription. I submitted a ticket, and they didn't even reply.. edit: Let me try to illustrate a point with examples. You get a coupon in the mail. You use that coupon to purchase a meal. Later that day you find another coupon for the same meal. Can you not claim the second coupon because you already claimed the first? You order pizza online and use a promotional code for 30% off. The next day you use the same code. Can you not claim this a second time? You win the lottery. Are you unable to win the lottery a second time, and is it unfair to others if you do? No, it is all based on probabilities, and your luck is going to even out eventually. You enter a giveaway and win. You enter the giveaway again at a later date and win again. Should you be denied your win because you have won before? No, same thing, your probabilities will even out. There is an event in-game. For 1 hour, you are supposed to receive double xp, but some players end up receiving 10x xp. Should you take away the player's xp? Is it unfair to other players for them to keep the xp? No, it does not affect the other players. You get a little legend twin egg and random skin shard from the community gift chest. You get a random little legend and emote permanent from the gift chest. You get a mystery skin shard from twitch prime. Is it unfair to receive another mystery skin shard from the community gift chest? Should it be taken away?

: Riot Support is Actually a Waste of Time
I'll start by saying I agree Riot has pretty terrible support from what I've seen. That being said, I think you're actually wrong, and he's right. Having not known anything about this before hand, I just did my own research. You'd mentioned you got Twitch Prime Loot the first time so it was technically different. Kebful (NA)
: Honestly this could really be cool if they do it right. This adds in a new play-style that could be really cool and not everyone having almost the same ones all the time. I think its a nice concept. People may complain certain spells can be a little too OP but there will always be a way to play against it.

It's not that he necessarily wins 1 vs 1 against any melee like most people say (a few example being Fiora, Udyr, Nocturne at least early on, Olaf, Darius) but that he can play safer than other melees against ranged matchups, leading to better gold, leading to better performance. He does still perform well in melee, but not at the level everyone thinks-that only happens once he's well set off. His early 1 on 1 is kinda bad, particularly if you miss any of your very dodgeable skill shots.

It's actually not fine, my friend got a 14 day suspension for calling me a "%%%%%%" in chat on TFT when I yoinked his thing. There was one other person in the game and he said in chat "enjoy your ban, I'm going to league support", where he then proceeded to go to support and get my friends account 14 day banned. I then went to league support and explained what happened and they just went "welp too bad so sad". Same thing happened to me actually as well. I called my friend a "%%%%%%" in chat because something happened and we meme around a lot. My account got suspended for 14 days because we were in a 4 queue on normals and the other guy reported me. There is no context needed, nor is there ever a human being checking to see the rest of the chat, where right after we were laughing in chat and having a good time. > Someone telling you to kill yourself may not have any affect on you, but the person you said it to is struggling with depression due to their parents dying, or whatever else may have happened. You don't know and you shouldn't judge them for it, you should be kind. I've had people kill themselves while I was talking to them on mic 3 times, and then 3 more times while I was just dming them. The first one happened when I was 11 and that shit scarred me for a while. Shit happens in life and if you want to kill yourself, that is nobody's decision but your own. Bullying is different when it's in real life with people you know, it's nowhere near the same when it's online and with a complete stranger. Do with it what you will. I almost NEVER flame someone in any game or online if they are nice people. You'd be surprised how fast people can change when you just say something like "my bad dude, i'll get you the next kill" when they start flaming you. I understand your view here, but you need to realize that people aren't inherently monsters who only get joy out of calling you a bad name on the internet. I've had it before where I played about 4 hours of Overwatch and got flamed in nearly every single game no matter how well I did because of what I played. I just kept queueing up because people are stupid and I just ignore all of it, but slowly that much abuse starts getting to you and makes you start being tilted yourself. I remember the next game after like 20 games in a row of flame, someone did something that MILDLY inconvenienced me and I just went off on this guy and let out all my anger on mic. He went on mic and went "my bad dude I'm sorry" in a very friendly voice and I just felt like absolute shit, one of the worst feelings out there. Maybe it's just how they were raised, to throw around swear words. Maybe they just have some anger issues, like I know a lot of people online have. Maybe they just went on a 5 game spree of being called "boosted animal inter". In the end, if you are just on some random internet game with strangers and call someone "r%%%%%ed", you should not get an instant 14 day suspension/perma ban.

I don't think suicide is ever the answer, but I haven't walked in their shoes either. To me, being a part of what caused someone to kill themselves isn't far off from pulling the trigger if they asked you to, if you recognize you're hurting them in some way. > I don't think everyone is, but I've met enough people who seemingly get joy out of tormenting others, that I believe a good number of them exist. I'm probably one of those nice guys too-I tend to apologize when I screw up, try to work things out nicely, etc. I have my bad days now and then where I might rage or be rash-but if I recognize it during the game I'll call myself out and say sorry. About half the time people are still jerks, the other half they are understanding. > Understandable, had the same type of thing happen. I don't really fault someone who gets angry after a bad streak of games, and try to be understanding when they say they've had a bad day. > I'm not sure that alone would get a 14 day-maybe it would, I've never had the issue. If that's the case then it's a bit extreme...but at the same time, like I said before, it's not hard to just pull back and not throw out that insult. They even provide the option of muting others, and you ultimately make the decision to type, so I don't think it's difficult to just...not get in trouble in League. I've been playing since 2010 and haven't had any sort of mark against my account-and I've definitely had occasional games where I raged, it's just not a regular habit. Which makes me think whenever I see someone complain about the system, they were either worse than they let on, or are more frequent-possibly without them realizing it since Riot is pretty terrible at transparency.
: I don't even think Morde loses to Darius. Obviously early levels, but then Morde hits level 6 and I think he beats Darius as long as he went Seeker's or Tabi.

Obviously early levels, but then Morde hits level 6 and I think he beats Darius as long as he went Seeker's or Tabi. Having done this matchup a few times, I can safely say you'll still lose later, assuming both play competently. Even if he's in your ult.
Lovelle (NA)
: Darius beats pretty much anything that doesn't outrange him. I think Fiora might be able to win that matchup if she plays well, but she is equally aids to play against for most of the melee roster. Basically, you have to fight cancer with cancer or you lose.

Ok...I never said otherwise. Just saying, he's not as strong as OP is saying, he is overstating Morde power. He's not a 100% winrate vs melee and he does have ways you can beat him. He needs some toning down, not a super nerf.
: I mained mercy in Overwatch at 4200 elo where I was called some of the worst of the worst hundreds of times per day. In CS:GO I have a keybind for the unicode of a handicap emoji and binds that have some very offensive jokes that everyone I have ever met has found funny. Not once did I go to myself and say "man these guys are hurting my feeling, I don't want to play anymore :(((((((((((((", or even on the darker side where the flowers like to go to when trying to get something stupid enforced, I have never once thought "man I am going to go kill myself because you said that I should". You guys just really need to stop acting like this is some sort of issue with the internet and realize it's just you being pussies. ♿

Different people have different backgrounds. Mind you, I'd agree that some people could grow to have a bit of a thicker skin, but at the end of the day, if you're actually upsetting or offending someone, you should probably stop, regardless of whether it would offend you. Someone telling you to kill yourself may not have any affect on you, but the person you said it to is struggling with depression due to their parents dying, or whatever else may have happened. You don't know and you shouldn't judge them for it, you should be kind. If you're doing it with your buddies who know you and know your joking and you know it won't offend, that's fine. I do some stuff like that with my friends too, but I stay away from saying stuff to strangers that may end up offending, because I care about people. I don't expect any of this really to go through to you based on your last sentence, but I'm throwing it out there. Do with it what you will.
: How did Mordekaiser avoid nerfs last patch?
While I agree he should have been nerfed you definitely over stated his power. There are a few melee matchups he loses (looking at you, Darius), and his ult while powerful, can be dealt with. QSS kills it off, but if you're stuck without it some well timed dodges let you get out alive (though I guess you're still out of the fight, so you didn't really win...)
Dr40UR (NA)
: ARAM slight redesign.
Well, I'm a little confused. I feel like the incentive for team fighting is to not lose turrets/to destroy turrets? I get a LOT more team fights in my arams, almost constantly. If you can kill the enemy team you can get a tower most of the time.
: Just don't be butthurt when someone online calls you a bad name.
