: > I don't think you played ranked league before. So you are wrong. You can mouse over my screenname here on the boards and you'll see a little gold medallion showing that I've reached Gold V in Solo/Duo queue in Season 7, and I'm presently Gold V in Solo/Duo and Silver II in Flex 3's this season. And even if I didn't play Ranked, that doesn't disqualify me from knowing how the system works. There's enough boards posts - especially those by Rioters - that I can learn pretty damn well how things work. > You can pull up rules and logs but the reality is I have int fed 6 games in a row on an alt to test the tribunal and I never been banned for it. Congrats, you int fed 6 games 4+ years ago. That really only goes to show that the Tribunal you so readily vaunt is worse than the IFS. > But if you be toxic in one game u can get perma banned or 14 day'd. Ahh, so, now it's no longer "tell your team to group", but it's "be toxic", huh? The only way you can get permanently banned for being toxic is if you had some punishment beforehand, or if you were literally the most godsawful racist, homophobic, offensive human being on the face of the earth. And likewise, you don't get 14-day banned unless you had prior punishment history, or decided to break Riot's zero-tolerance policy. Either way, it's good to see you're finally opening up a little about the _real_ reason for your punishment. > You can say wrong but i did a real test/experiment and it was true. Again, inting during the time of the Tribunal isn't valid data when we're talking about the IFS. > P.S. type longer paragraphs Riot might pay you to do this. I didn't know two to three sentences made long paragraphs, but, hey. If someday I'll get paid for it, I'm not apt to complain.
No you can be racist. I got called the N word with the *er at the end put in a report and nothing happened. And when I say tribunal im talking about the "IFS" I forgot you have to be very specific with people who don't have the concept common sense or problem solving my bad. So it wasn't six years ago. A+ for effort you still are wrong though.
: It's not about refusing to listen, since no one made you a captain to follow your orders, it's about refusing to communicate your next actions. I agree that in a game that requires strategy to win, people just play the way they would play fps game, go in and fight.
So basically do not care about winning in ranked right? If you don't care to win you won't care how people play right?

You really think thius game doesn't want toxic people? Have you played ranked? This game is the most toxic game of 2018 Have you lived under a rock? Crime exists, doesn't mean people want it. Ofc there is toxicity in this game, far from worst I've seen in games, but a lot. But having toxic players and doing something about them are 2 different things.
No man. If you want to use the crime analogy, then this game would be considered detroit. Go search for facts You play in EUNE so we can't relate people are probably nicer. But in NA you will probably cry yourself off the game. This is definitely the most toxic game go look for yourself

I never been banned in ANY game since birth except this game. And its mainly because there isnt a human reviewing the reports. So before you get on your Riot bandwagon just settle in the facts of the robot report system being easy to manipulate Most games don't care if players are toxic, that's the reason. This game is a rare example of a game that actually doesn't want players to be toxic.
Have you played league? You really think thius game doesn't want toxic people? Have you played ranked? This game is the most toxic game of 2018
: > If you give any effort in Ranked you will be banned. Do not type and tell your teammate that you need to group because thats a reportable offense. This game isn't designed for competitive play (unless you are challenger with a stream of 4k+ viewers, only then u can be blatant toxic) since they permaban anyone who gets reported for not camping a lane. Wrong, wrong, wrong, and wrong. You don't get punished for giving effort, you don't get punished for asking teammates to group, you don't get punished for not camping a lane, and, hey, [didn't a streamer get punished recently for being toxic](https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/TAzrAxJ0-imaqtpie-chat-restricted)? > So further notice you can avoid getting banned by following these simple steps: > > 1. Dont type. > 2. Int feed. > 3. say gg at the end. Did you know that encouraging other players to break the rules is in and of itself against the rules? Check this out - from the [Terms of Use, Section 5](https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/termsofuse#code-conduct), Article 1, Subsection XIV. > **5.1. Can I troll, flame, threaten or harass people while using the Riot Services? (No. If you do, you might get banned.)** > While using the Riot Services, you must comply with all laws, rules and regulations in the jurisdiction in which you reside. You must also comply with certain additional rules that govern your use of the Riot Services (the “Code of Conduct”). The Code of Conduct is not meant to be exhaustive, and we reserve the right to modify it at any time, as well as take appropriate disciplinary measures including account termination and deletion to protect the integrity and spirit of the Riot Services, regardless of whether a specific behavior is listed in the policy as inappropriate. In addition to the Code of Conduct, please review the [Summoner’s Code](http://gameinfo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/get-started/summoners-code/) for additional guidance on exemplary gameplay behavior. > > The following are examples of behavior that warrant disciplinary measures: > > xiv. Inducing or encouraging others to violate this Code of Conduct or the terms of this Agreement. --- > ^ If you intentionally feed but do not type, you can avoid a ban! Wrong. > But if you tell your team to group or to stop dying that warrants a perma! Again, you won't get punished for simply telling your team to group. Considering that just _now_ you added "or to stop dying" - I'm going to guess you were punished for negativity and don't wanna share your chat logs - or acknowledge the parts that were over the line. > I will now be making a new account and int feeding every ranked game to prove this. You're welcome riot I found a glitch in your tribunal system. You'll get banned, and nothing you intended to prove will be proven. As an aside, the Tribunal hasn't been around for four years. Riot uses the Instant Feedback System (IFS). > Fun fact: Get in a premade duo or trio and go report 1 innocent player. Riot's tribunal will ban because if u dont gank for the duo you are obviously worth getting permabanned. Fun fact: Reports from premades don't mean jack shit if you don't break the rules. Three player's reports have the exact same weight as one report - all they do is flag the match for the IFS to review, and nothing more. If the IFS doesn't see any punishable behavior, the reports are disregarded and you go on your merry way without a punishment. > tl;dr Can we get the human tribunal back. No. > When humans used to look over the tribunal you actually got an answer to what the actual problem is. Doesn't exactly matter too awful much when that answer is exactly the same as the one the IFS gives, but the difference being the Tribunal's answer comes out months late. > This permaban robot they have in place will take any curse words even if it was something like "oh sh*t" or " fuck" and use it in the report if you got reported. Again: Wrong. The IFS won't simply ban you for cursing. I curse frequently, and I have yet to be so much as chat restricted. You can curse all you want, but you _can't_ level curses at other players. > People abuse this system, stop putting robots in place for judging permabans only humans should be able to look over a permaban The only "abuse" I can imagine from the IFS is people deliberately going out of their way to bait people to break the rules. And that's a pretty rare occurrence.
I don't think you played ranked league before. So you are wrong. You can pull up rules and logs but the reality is I have int fed 6 games in a row on an alt to test the tribunal and I never been banned for it. But if you be toxic in one game u can get perma banned or 14 day'd. You can say wrong but i did a real test/experiment and it was true. P.S. type longer paragraphs Riot might pay you to do this.
: I like how toxic people trying to justify themselves with "oh, you have soft skin", without realising that by coming here to whine about their "unjust" bans, they show how soft their skin is, you just need to know where to hit.
Wrong. I never been banned in ANY game since birth except this game. And its mainly because there isnt a human reviewing the reports. So before you get on your Riot bandwagon just settle in the facts of the robot report system being easy to manipulate
Chermorg (NA)
: There is no need to do so, as more reports are useless. One report is all it takes for the game to be reviewed, further reports past one (i.e. if all 9 players report) are just thrown out and ignored. Further, you did not just say "please remember to report X" at the end of the game - you said it multiple times - which is harassment.
Harrassment to who? the 1 toxic player. You just said it takes 1 report... so the 1 toxic player's report got him banned. So easy to manipulate the tribunal. Do you even play league? From your perspective I dont even think you played the game before. Especially not ranked.
Chermorg (NA)
: "he started it" is not a valid excuse. You are perfectly allowed to confront someone - by muting them and reporting them at the end of the game. If you choose to flame/harass them back, you are not 'confronting', you're retaliating and that is just as bad as if you had started it.
Yeah I'm sure you are a bot if you think he's harrassing his teammates by COMMUNICATING in a ranked MATCH. How can you harass someone by saying 12 things in a 20+ minute game... We get that you are a riot defender but you are definitely out of your mind
