Besides the few *special* people being completely oblivious, I still think a confirmation of some sort is need and from personal experiences, it feels better when you know the problems before hand and the risks of going into a game. The acceptance from Riot that it is a problem at least shows that they don't care. Of course they care, but being quiet about it makes it look like they are unaware. A lot of people get riled up when their server status is completely green when the game is unplayable or major issues. I mean fixing the game is one thing, but putting a message to the community is much easier and will ease a lot of the _concerned_ players.

Of course problems like FPS drops and game instabilities are no easy fix, but I would want some confirmation that Riot knows AND let others know before hand that it is an existing problem so they can at least be aware of it before heading into a game. Something as simple as "We are aware of the FPS drops/lag spikes/etc... and are working on a fix". From that alone we can see that Riot is aware that it is a problem and players now know it's an existing problem.

While I can't promise things will change drastically, I will be giving her an overall color pass (Yikes, poison is most definitely not part of her kit), toning down the ground circles, making her feel more physical, adding runes to her W, adding more linger and ceremony to her Wind Slash, and adding more of a runic empowerment feel to her passive. When you cleanse a Sleep, you remove the extra damage (or suppose to). It is nothing like Fizz ult where it both slows and amplifies damage.

Pulsefire was the first ultimate skin, it was the first skin to have cool fancy things like lots of different colors and sounds and all that wonderful jazz that now days is built into almost every new skin. I have an idea for xerath's passive, see if you like it or not: **Ascendant's Wraith (or something)** Xerath releases excess amounts of arcane power which can be used to cast abilities. At Maximum Power, Xerath's next basic (Q,W,E) ability is free of cost and will be used even if it is on cooldown. This kind of gives Xerath those moments where it truly shows how much raw power he has to offer. Imagine casting one ability back to back. It will be a new mechanic (with Rengar as an exception) in league that can separate Xerath from the rest of the mages. Giving him the potiental to stack/refresh stuns, slows or just damage against his enemies. Idk if its a good idea so you guys tell me what you think.

You either picked the wrong champion, or you just haven't learned to dodge attacks, his abilities are ALL skill shots. I am also sure his ult will either be straight line only or itll turn more slowly than before.

My thoughts would be to hit the E base by a bit and give it more ratio. Goal wouldn't be to "kill" tank Ekko, but to make sure he's closer in power to the AP build. The E numbers were originally made in a time where Luden's Ekko was a lot stronger. Since E could proc Luden's AND Lich Bane it needed to have lower AP scaling to control burst. With Luden's no longer a must buy, E can probably afford to have a higher ratio.
