: After you cast the new Ult as Diana, are you stuck in the same spot as where you cast until the damage applies? or can you move around or flash or use E or anything?
You can move around and use abilites as well as summ spells.

: Diana changes on PBE
The new Diana feels amazing to play, she can still be an assassin but now that her shield gets stronger with bonus health she can be that AP bruiser we've always dreamed of. Now Kamikaze Diana isn't the only way to play her, she can go all in and not immediately die after using everything! The cooldown on her new dash feels a bit too long however as well as her ult, but it makes sense given her ult pulls the enemy in just like her old E and there should be a chance of outplaying her all in. It might need tweaking so that she can keep up with other assassin midlaner's with lower cooldowns than her however. TLDR: Over all this 100K point Diana player loves how she feels and plays minus some concerns about her cooldowns. Amazing work! {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}
: {{champion:89}} I get they are trying to make her rivalry {{champion:131}} more on the gray, and not a straight up good vs bad one. But seeing how they portray the second now, and seeing some lines of {{champion:89}} new biography, I fear they are trying to transform her in a religious zealot of the Solari, for the way she wanted to kill {{champion:131}} for her heresy, as her biography states. I liked her more as the virtuous and mesianic figure, that was the only voice of reason in a society of religious fanatics. But with {{champion:80}} new biography and the part mentioned on {{champion:89}} stopping him from killing some barbarians, I have some hope.
I am with you about how they changed {{champion:89}} . She was stronger as a character when she was the black sheep of the Rakkor, not sharing their zeal for killing and willing to die in her rite of kor for her beliefs. It made her ascension feel more impactful and benevolent. New {{champion:89}} doesn't feel like that character at all. She runs around killing things in the name of the sun and hell, after {{champion:131}} ascended she followed her footsteps in a bloodthirsty rage. I miss the old lore tbh {{sticker:sg-soraka}}

: Mount Targon isn't _actually_ a real mountain. It's more like a kind of... black hole? The mountain and the land around it eternally stretch further and further up it. Climbing it is only possible if you're meant to, at which point you do so by magic.
If the mountain is constantly being pulled upwards the physics and geological things happening would be so cool to explore! If the mountain reaches up to the mesosphere, a place hot air balloons and planes can't even go, the sheer magnitude of Targon is phenomenal to comprehend. There is not doubt that human beings physically could not reach the peak without magic lol, but the effect a thing that size would have fantastic effects on the surrounding climate and just general space. Not to mention the tectonic shifts and just overall effect a body of land being stretched up to the sky would cause on Runeterra as a planet.

Any answer would be like revealing Midichlorians. I was curious because yes the climb is perilous and dangerous, but being able to compare it to real world places helps people to understand the gravity of the situation you know? You get high up on Mount Everest and it is very cold and the oxygen is thin enough that breathing without assistance is fatal. Water takes an [hour to boil](http://www.royalgazette.com/lifestyle/article/20180822/high-life-cooking-on-mount-everest) up there and with a height reference it's easier to understand how the Rakkor and Solari/Lunari live and what they have to endure on Mount Targon. Also I don't know anything about star wars so that Midichlorian analogy is lost on me. :(

It was the sight of the broken bodies of them as well as those of his parents that had driven him to free the corruption/malevolent spirit of Pallas and condemn himself for the opportunity to bring ruin to those who'd delivered him the same. Not saying Leona or Diana can't or shouldn't be lesbians, but be mindful of what you reference. I assumed you referenced Valmar and Kai for the bury the gays reference, but that story both never needed to happen, and never should have come to pass. The reference was just to the trope how many modern media and such introduce gay characters only to [kill](https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BuryYourGays) them off. I'm with you on how jarring and out of the blue Varus's shift was, I was a fan of his old lore as it made him sympathetic with his power/corruption. Now it's just an awkward combination of two gay men in a pair of hot topic assless chaps that a darkin is wearing. I'm just worried about how they will handle Leona and Diana's story, be it romantic (which im hoping it is) or not. Yeah the company is just that, a company whose goal is to sell things. But there is a soul and a passion behind these characters. There is a conflict of interest behind a creation's story and a goal to make money which makes me hesitant about any direction they take with these characters I love.

: What are your biggest fears regarding your favourite champions/regions' future?
They already retconned and changed so much about Mount Targon's lore and it's champions... I've made my peace with it by just combining parts of the new lore and the old lore and ignoring other parts. The thing I'm worried about though is how they would handle {{champion:89}} {{champion:131}} romantically. The people who worked on {{champion:131}} headcanoned her as a lesbian, Ironstylus specifically. We got the Eclipse skin where the writer Jared Rosen confirmed {{champion:89}} is. Tencent kind of owns Riot and after the Blizzard fiasco with the hearthstone player I'm really worried how they will do this story if at all. Would they censor it overseas? Would they just leave it out of the game and keep it in comic's or lore. And if they DO do it, will it have a happy ending because the bury your gays trope is so overdone and awful...
: Love when riot releases content before it’s ready :D
Hey man, I got the bugs too but they are only human. Mistakes can be made, it'll be up and running soon. Meanwhile maybe watch a movie, play another game, or something until it's fixed. {{sticker:sg-poppy}}
: I think the celestial aspects are the embodiment of almost any concept _you_ can think of. But looking at it from an outsiders perspective its quite difficult to follow. Most people understand that there's a couple of aspects representing abstract concepts (Justice, War, Protection). While others instead represent astronomical bodies (Sun, Moon, Twilight). But the case is most represent both abstract concepts and astronomical bodies. The Protector is the concept of _life_ (love & beauty), while also being etherial starlight. Twilight is the astronomical event of between dusk and dawn, while also the abstract concept of _change_ (apparently youth & imagination too). Then we have Pantheon who represents _war_ (conflict & the warrior's spirit), while also a constellation. Sadly the others aren't so clear on what they fully represent. The aspects of The Sun, Moon, and Justice have no concepts attached to them, none that I can think/know of. Which I would presume they should. Neither of the Sun and Moon represents an abstract concept, while Justice has no known astronomical body. We also have Soraka, who is one among the celestials, but isn't an Aspect by a title like the others are. She has no concept to embody nor comes from a specific part of the astral sphere. My theory is she'll someday evolve into the Aspect of the Shepherd, meaning guidance and inspiration.

Neither of the Sun and Moon represents an abstract concept, while Justice has no known astronomical body. Justice does indeed have a celstial body connected to it. The zodiac sign of Libra known as the scales represents divine justice, harmony and balance which goes with the whole theme of {{champion:10}} {{champion:25}} In the old lore, {{champion:89}} was represented by her desire to protect even at the cost of her own life. She believed the Sun chose her as it's champion so she could make it up to all the fallen children in the Rite of Kor that she couldn't save which would make the aspect of the sun the real protector. I'm not sure if this is still what the sun represents with her new lore but she did show mercy to that goat boy thing which somehow proved her worth.

: There is a fan project that aims to rebuild the old lore while making it more cohesive and fix its shortcomings. Here's a link to it if you're interested! https://lolcbp.wordpress.com Leona will keep her original characterization, though I haven't checked yet how they're gonna handle the Targon worldbuilding. I have a feeling it will be similar just without the space parasites plot point.

: If you could meet your favourite champions once...
Me talking to {{champion:131}} and {{champion:89}}: Moonlight is simply the Sun's light but reflected off of the moon. The Sun itself breathes life to the Moon among other things, and what the Sun can make the Moon can unmake. You two are two sides of the same coin, seemingly independent but linked together intrinsically. One cannot exist without the other, remember that when you meet in battle.
: If you could revert a champion lore update who would it be?
Leona. They changed the core of her character, which was that she was compassionate and gallant warrior willing to die rather than take someone else's life because she believed that the worth of a warrior was in their ability to defend and protect, to someone who is a sun worshiping zealot who killed without a second thought because she is fueled by rage and a desire for vengeance. The world building is really good for mount targon now, but i just can't accept the new characterization. {{sticker:sg-janna}}

Most of these expressions don't fit Soraka as a character and I will avoid these extremes in 99% of the animation. The maximum brow down position is something you may find in an extreme smear frame or overshoot, used for 1/24 or 2/24 of a second. The horn actually got in the way of the standard part that I use for a brow ridge and the smaller amount of stretchable surface does mean I shouldn't lower it as much for a held pose.

I never considered that her brow would effect the Poly's on her forehead, but yeah you are 100% true about smearing the animation, such as squashing and stretching things, etc. Having such a flexible facial rig will no doubt make for fluid and expressive smears. I am looking forward to your animation and your characterization of Soraka's character! {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}
