: Will Senna have a dash?
If we wanted another Lucian then we'd just have another Lucian with a different default skin. And if we just had another Lucian with a different default skin, then maybe it would have been better to just create a new Lucian skin. That being said, I have doubts Senna will be a dashing gunslinger like her husbando. Regardless of kit I welcome her addition to LoL as a character who had ties to lore since the Lucian and Threshs' debut.

You know that people are going to get all 3 infernals first and foremost right? Don't even try to say otherwise. I personally love having Cloud and Ocean drake, it makes for a more thought driven match with map rotations instead of being involved in a statcheck teamfight. But in reality, like you said, many players will just opt out for damage boosts through Infernal and Mountain drakes instead of Cloud or Ocean drake.
: Garen has currently a 55.92 win rate mid and a 55.50% win rate top
"He's immobile and has no hard CC tho, so it aight. Very healthy for the game, we need more immobile champs like Garen to excel in a meta that's overrun by dashes and OP damage!" Heyyyy look at we got here! Everything the boards wanted to combat the 'League of Dashes' now changing their mind by asking to nerf their anti-dash game flagship with WR/PR stats!
: Miss Fortune is a "Support Marksman"
Sivir is also a 'support adc' in the sense that she can buff herself and her allies movement speed through the use of her ultimate. In the same sense Pyke is classified as a support, MF delivers a lot of supplementary damage to help her team net kills. Kinda like how Annie, Brand, and Zyra are except without the Hard CC. It can also vary in what support means to your teams composition. It's common for pro teams to build tanky for top lane and junglers with most of the damage responsibility being delagated to mid and bot lane. And when or if ever the tanking role has to bleed over to mid lane (much like we've had to see some teams pick Galio mid, then support might need to pick up a more offensive role to supplement the team that's lacking in damage but already excelling in hard CC. Honestly anything can be a support role if you can make it work, as long as your playing to your teams strengths and helping your team generate gold leads, you're doing a good job of being a support. Even if you have to carry you ultimately translate income into more damage for your team to where you can carry or spread the wealth for the teammates who are behind.
: Make Klepto half as effective for ranged champs.
.. If you use both stacks on attack for being ranged then you get the loot for both stacks? What?
: machine gun caitlyn, 4 headshots in under 1 second
Probably has to do with aa resetting being faster than the projectile speed of Caitlyn's headshot and not consuming the 'Headshot: primed' buff during each instance. Seems fucky but that's my wager.

It'd be an even bigger crime if Lucian/Senna can't pull off the 'double adc botlane' like from Worlds 2016. With them having been a couple prior to Senna's soul being captured it would be awesome to see what kind of synergy two lightslinging purifiers could achieve without the need of a traditional 'ranged + support' setup.

: Weakest and strongest ultimate in your opinion?
Weakest: Varus' Piercing Arrow. I mean it's good damage but taking into account the Demon perk, the wind-up time to actually use it takes way too long for the damage it does when you could instead be draining mana on attack. Strongest: Ashes Enchanted Crystal Arrow, on it's own it's nice to have, stacking with either Glacials or Rangers for the perks, it's even better.

Pyke's splashart is green but if you zoom into his model in-game, LoL or TFT, you'll come to find that he actually has dark skin. : Dont Say Hong Kong? Stop buying Skins.
I don't think it's a matter of censorship I think casters are holding back because they don't want to get fired and that's understandable. I don't think Riot **as a whole** had prepared for moments like this so casters and employees don't have some kind of protocol to go by.
: Riot Games new logo
Wow dude. Don't be so quick to cash in on the train wreck. Save some upvotes for the rest of that are trying photoshop an equally funny meme.
: If we show casual support for Hong Kong in game. Will we be banned?
So like.. what's the casual support? "#FreeHK"? To circle back to rujitra's mentioning of the safety of the players. Keep in mind, a broadcast as large as Twitch on a game that houses millions of players on titles like League, HS, WoW, etc. There's also a bunch of impressionable kids that watch, the last thing we need are kids that are mindlessly recruited into a crusade they know nothing about, establishing rebellion wherever they are for a cause they've never had a hand in since the beginning. I think it's safe to say there's already a lot of people fighting for HK's cause, we don't need to rally anymore 'troops' but for those that want to support you can do so. To some extent it is kinda sad to picture some kid in HK watching twitch to suddenly arm himself and join the riots just because Blitzchung said so. Just a thought. The main takeaway from this, it's fine to show support. You see folks like yourselves all over twitter, the boards, reddit, w/e scream, "SUPPORT HK, UNSUB FROM WOW! LMAO LOOK AT THIS SUPPORT TICKET I SENT TO A BLIZZARD EMPLOYEE!" and they're not actively being banned. Right? The big difference between you guys and Blitzchung, is that Blitzchung leveraged his spot on the stage, the platform he's on (Blizzard, HS, Twitch, the stage, **the undivided attention of the world that is tuning in**) to openly address an issue. Whereas posts made on here are often scrolled through. Also keep in mind for those of you in support of HK. Please don't harass the employees of an entity. They're people too.
: Can someone explain to me whats all the controversy between riot and hong kong
For the record: Saying, "Hong Kong" as it is doesn't regard the situation that's happening in HK and China right now. It's just a proper noun. Saying anything along the lines of, "Support Hong Kong/HK", mentions of the Hong Kong riots, "This is our revolution" etc. hold weight, denoting that it regards the riots in HK/China. That's the difference between Blitzchung, who was banned, and stripped of winnings vs. Frostskurinn mentioning, "Hong Kong Attitude". It's not a matter of whether or not you, I, an agent of Riot/Blizzard, and entity has a stance on the issue but rather giving publicity. Because, no shit everyone on the internet is being exposed to it, but a tournament, or professional environment is not the place (in some companies eyes) to address it. And although it was in good intentions, it wasn't something viewers or anyone asked for. Much like you wouldn't/shouldn't want to bring up conflicts of interest at work you wouldn't want to bring it into something as public as a tournament, since in a way being a pro player means its your job to play X game. Not to mention, it sets an unhealthy precedent that anyone who wins a video game tournament 'has the last word'. For what it's worth, it's not very sportsmanlike at all. You're using your win on a platform you don't own to stage your beliefs to an impressionable audience. Finally, it doesn't acknowledge the game that you played. It's like Kanye West stealing Taylor Swifts thunder way back when.
Saezio (EUNE)
: Wait, so all the champ animations in Ignite are still the same/almost the same?
I would wager to say yes. Including Aatrox and Ryze. Ryze still retains a skill that shoots a orb in direction. Aatrox, despite a shift in his appearance, still has a flight effect in his ulti and incorporates slashing like his old kit.
: Why Are Karma Players Upset about the Phoenix Video?
I think when it comes to cinematics it tends to 'lock-in' what the champions kit is. It makes the kit rigid and allows very little room to rework. Because of 'Phoenix' Karmas Q and W are going to stay a orb/skillshot and tether for years to come. So for any Karma mains waiting on a possible rework, it's most likely not going to happens since reworking her kit would also mean redoing the media she was in. And that would lead to more pains in the butt. This applies to all champions that have been seen in official Riot media, ie: 'Rise', 'Climb', etc.
: Riot employees giving away free RP
No and no. The only method of gaining free RP is, like previous comments suggest, **request** from support tickets by sending in illustrations of champions for a small bit of RP for a skin you can *just barely* afford. Upwards of like 100 or 200 IP. Idr. Another way I would guess is being a League of Legends content affiliate where Riot sponsors you to upload more and more LoL related videos, media, art, etc. as long as you're involved with a community/channel of 100 something concurrent viewers. There's a whole page on it but I'm sure they get paid in some cash and some RP to promote new skins and the such. But don't go around thinking befriending Rioters or mods means you can get them to grant you free in-game stuff because that's a pretty rude assumption to make.
: Any tips for Diamond?
The only thing I can say for certain that matters most as a jungler in Diamond is tracking the enemy jungler means everything. You and your team need to be able to keep tabs on where the jungler is at all times in order to decide the best course of actions, taking drake/baron, ganking/counter ganking, poaching, or backing. A team effort but usually junglers are heavily influenced by patches and end up following a new guideline of best pathing because of . I'd talk to more junglers or diamond players if I were you.
: Worst world champion song ever in 5 year.
I personally ranked 'Ignite' as the worst. The video was awesome but I wasn't really feeling the hype with the song. Although the video for this years Worlds Championship was a bit lacking. I think they reused the same effect from Varus' 'As We Fall' on the prop players as they walked to the stadium. Plus it was boring to see JUST Faker, Caps, and whoever was on the subway for 3 and half minutes I was expecting more players and their respective memorable champs. But I thought the song was pretty good. It wasn't as cheesy as 'Legends Never Die' and it wasn't as drawn out as 'Ignite'.

: Kaisa should not be allowed to build 3 defensive items and still deal hypercarry level damage.
I personally blame the % missing HP damage on-hit to be a bit a excessive for a champ that basically has Syndra's passive. The passive on-hit damage is fine just not the %missing HP. OR if Riot reworked the % missing hp damage on-hit to increased on-hit magic damage potency based on missing HP that would be fine. A 3% increase in on-hit magic damage from 100 to 103 because the target is at 50% hp is different than 3% of 50% of 1000 HP added on 100 magic damage on-hit.

: Can we make it so cinderhulk doesn't automatically aggro jungle monsters?
That would be kinda cool, to see Bami's Cinder, Cinderhulk, or Sunfire Cape activate upon entering combat. That's probably the only time it's ever useful to begin with since you normally buy it for partial offensive capabilities (outside of the bonus health of course). Although it would allow players to freeze lanes if they are taking up a lane role when an item like that was designed combatitively to push.
: What skin lines would fit your main amazingly that you know Riot won't do?
She used to be my main from 2009 to 2011 but it used to be something I wish would happen for Irelia. So much so that I used custom skins for her during the time. I'd like to see something along the lines of ** Demacian Irelia** akin to that of Noxus Poppy. But more generally continuing the likeness of what certain champs would look like decorated in the thematics of other Valoran regions. With the Freljord being the only dominating category (ice themed skins like Woad and Freljord) of this type of skin line it would be cool to see an expansive set of Noxian skins for non-Noxian champs and the likes. Piltoverian Ekko? Zaunite Caitlyn? Void Garen? Shuriman Yasuo? Ionian Kayle? Noxian Jax? Albeit not all of them will be tasteful but it would be cool to see what Irelia's blades would look like if she had a Demacian themed skin or what would Yasuo look like if he had originated from Shurima?

: What if the LOL world Champions this year speak out in support of Hong Kong.
I don't think anything good or beneficial would come of it. The situation happening in Hong Kong isn't something that will be settled by a few kind words said by momentarily famed winners of a video game. It's fine that there people to think what is happening is wrong and lot of words and ideas are coming from a good place. : What is the average TFT rank/elo?
Platinum is deadass in the middle of the ladder. So it would be safe to assume the game, dividing the top and bottom 4 players as winners a losers, as a coin toss. If you win, being top 4, your rank points towards Diamond with the opposite being true for the bottom 4 players. So if the average winrate for a TFT player is 50% or they have a 1 in 2 chance of being a top 4 player then it would be no surprise that average TFT players fall into Platinum. With winrate skewed based on the luck they get in the game. Item drops, champion rolls, match rotation, etc.

The main reason inexperienced players are having a tough time dealing with Pyke's ulti is because of how quickly the ability is animated and obstructive the graphics are when Pyke rises from below (the tall splashing effect). If players could see the AoE marker longer it would be easier for players to react without having to completely rework the ulti or Pyke's kit entirely. While this is true, the current ability relies on speed to have it be useful. If an enemy sees the X on the ground, they're just going to flash out of it every time. I think this change would sharply cut his pick rate, but I don't think it would reduce his ban rate, because I don't trust my team to be able to react fast enough even with that change, and I believe many other Pyke banners would agree. Alongside this, keeping the reset again makes the ability singlehandedly able to turn the tide of a game off one lucky ult, giving his allies all that gold from one 5 shutdown ace.

Alongside this, keeping the reset again makes the ability singlehandedly able to turn the tide of a game off one lucky ult, giving his allies all that gold from one 5 shutdown ace. It's not a matter of adjusting pick and ban rates. It's about increasing visibility and reaction windows for all players. The only time Pyke can ever get 5 resets for a pentakill is if the team bunched up to take AoE damage from each execute. So if you want advice to not get 5 man dunked, don't stand next to each other when everyone is getting picked off by Pyke. So again, by seeing the template where Pyke will strike, players can avoid taking AoE damage from an execute. And it's not even about luck, if you step into the execute or he aims the execute well enough, then you die. This is the same as hooks, if someone steps into your hook or you aim your hook well enough you get the hook, as a Thresh main you would know that. Luck would be critical strikes, pairing sequential Sheen procs at the right time, and coincidentally pairing cooldowns.
: A Question I have about the Rune: Scorch
*Sona mains gain LP like a couple of mad lads*
: Fleet Footwork feels like an oddity.
Sometimes you gotta think about the matchups you might have. Fighters may not ever fully stack Conqueror and therefore may not get the true damage and sustain bonus. Fleet Footwork is guaranteed by the first basic attack but it will never allow you to increase you DPS. The reason why you see the likes of Yasuo, Akali, Kassadin, etc. taking FF is because they don't fully commit to 5 attacks/abilities one and only one champion in most stages of the game since their AA reset combos aren't as quick or full like Darius, Morde, Jax, and Irelia. As a matter of fact Yasuo, Akali, Kassadin, Fiora, and the likes have a distinct attack pattern: get close, cast an ability, basic attack, retreat. Or may commit. But that's still only 1 or 2 offensive abilities used. The other champs like Darius, Morde, Jax, Irelia, go all in with abilities and can net a lot of value with Conqueror by: closing the gap, basic attack, CC, basic attack, ability, basic attack, ulti or some similar variant.
: Creating a more healthy and balanced Pyke, starting with his Arrr!
Increase the length of time the template of his R shows by increasing the time it takes to wind up his ulti. This instead probably the better way to go about fixing his ulti.

: We knew how Kai'sa would turn out.
Maybe if Rageblade didn't have the Last Whisper passive she'd be fine. IMO, if you're building hybrid you shouldn't need to have to build penetration because you're attacking from two angles. Having access to hybrid pen through one item just means you're an unstoppable force on all fronts. I think Rageblade is fine with just the attack speed and phantom on-hit at max stacks. Of course there would come a time where someone who does Hybrid damage would need penetration so their options should have to build into MR/LDR and/or Void Staff. It's not like it's inherently a bad build for Kai'sa and the likes. She get's bonuses towards stacking her passive from them anyways.

: How to possibly balance Glacial
Instate a per unit cooldown. "Units affect by Glacial can't be stunned again by Glacial effect for 5 / 4 / 3 seconds" Or "Units affected by Glacial are stunned for 4 / 5 / 6 seconds. This only affects a unit once for the rest of combat"
: TFT is going to end up being like League - Discussion on the new TFT Patch
They keep introducing new champs into the mix without things stabilizing for 2 weeks. The same thing happened to LoL in season 2 where a champion was pushed out every 2 weeks. Then a year later, Riot found out they couldn't keep pushing champs out every 2 weeks because they'd end up with 300+ champs by season 9 and have a balancing nightmare. That's what happening right now, every 2 weeks there's been a new addition to the roster and it's only going to get way more complicated to balance.
