It is very silly when an adc with two crit items and a Maw can 1v1 a full build Swain and such, by just standing in their whole combo and outhealing them

It's more what they're *meant* to be than what they currently are. Vlad isn't meant to be a burst mage, but because damage is so high, drain-tanking doesn't really work anymore, and so he's balanced around a full AP build, much like Viktor with his supposed DoT spells. I agree with the first one though, none of those champions have "high-end" burst damage. They have burst for sure, but it's nothing like a full annie or fizz combo, which is what I'd consider to be high-end.

They should probably just make it give bonus damage to towers instead of attack speed, since it was meant to make assassins able to take towers more easily. In practice it's just breaking junglers and unintended duelists.

While I do think mobility is a problem, I don't think grounding effects are the solution. They don't "fix" mobility, they just enforce hard counters and make the champions balanced AROUND their mobility completely bloody useless for several seconds. It's nearly an indefinite silence. Instead, simply creating champions with less mobility options, or reducing the ones that currently exist. I don't know if giving Yasuo's E an ammo mechanic would be a good idea, but it should be something that could be explored. Blue Kayn is unfair in general, and perhaps shouldn't be going so fast through terrain. He's not *overpowered*, just lacks counterplay and fairness if he's even slightly ahead. Katarina feels okay because she's very predictable, similarly to Zed. Irelia and Pyke are also too mobile, though I don't know what I'd do to fix them.

A very small change would fix it tbh. Make it so the passive only activates if you have at least 20 lethality. That way you need both this item, AND another lethality item for it to work. That'd solve all the problems. Those champions might buy this item, but they're sure as hell not building two lethality items.

There were items with 1200+ HP and items with 70+ MR in the game when Malphite was given that 1.0 ratio. Champions like Jax/Vlad/Kayle had far more HP when Malphite was given that 1.0 AP ratio. Atmogs was the meta when Malphite was given that 1.0 ratio. Brusiers had 3.5-4k hp. Revive was a summoner when Malphite was given that 1.0 ratio. Shields/heals were spamable and much larger when Malphite was given that 1.0 AP ratio. Gold was FAR scarcer when Malphite was given that 1.0 ratio. Full builds didn't generally happen until 45-50 minutes in. Luden's echo proc did not exist when Malphite was given that 1.0 ratio. Liandries did not exist when malphite was given that 1.0 ratio. Scorch did not exist when malphite was given that 1.0 ratio. Red drakes did not exist when Malphite was given that 1.0 ratio. I could go on for days, but you get the idea. All that aside DFG and Old lich bane did exist.... BUT were nerfed to the ground/removed because of the issues with burst damage. Now we are back to the days of DFG/1.0 Lichbane levels of damage.

Thunderlords existed for ages without AP Malph being an issue. Magic pen was not limited to runes + boots. Liandries has it for years. I'm sure scorch is the problem :^) The problem was his mini rework and E ratio buff. Go look at it.

I do agree, and also do agree AP Malphite is aids, but the 100% ult scaling has been there for years. His ult doesn't deal any more damage now than he has in the past. He might even deal less, due to base mr going up on every champ.

My issue with him is mainly that even at level 2, he has probably the best waveclear in the game. The weakness though is that he has a limited mana pool for it. That's okay. What *isn't* okay is that he stays for like 3 waves, instabacks with tp and has a tear, and now you have a 0 interaction lane phase if you outrange him, or a 0 cs lane phase, if you don't, where you literally cannot do a thing, against a champion who: Is tankier than you Has more range than you May have more utility than you Has more burst Has more dps Outscales you in both a duel and teamfights Has more sustain Etc Like what the fuck even is this champion's weakness supposed to be?

Considering that in previous seasons she was 54 or better for years, I'm gonna disagree here.

Example being Aatrox being a massive power creep over juggernauts by having all of their strengths and almost completely bypassing their class weaknesses which lead to him repeatedly seeing 100% presence status in pro play and getting slammed into the dumpster until he was too weak to do his job.

If we continue to buff everything that is too weak, eventually everything will end up much stronger than it used to be. And since riot seems to buff damage 80% of the time, and nerf base stats, we end up with a game where everybody is quite a bit squishier than they used to be. And hey! That's the game we're playing today. Don't make it worse :)

Only problem I really have with Quinn is her Q Same as Graves W. They're buggy, unfun, unfair and inconsistent abilities. Sometimes you can see the person hitting you and sometimes you can't. Sometimes your abilities cancel mid cast etc. In its worst form it's essentially a 2 second long uncleanseable silence + disarm. Fuck that ability.

That's not something that can be "updated" out or fixed. Every single game that uses proper exclusive fullscreen will do this. Your computer stops rendering your desktop and other programs, and just shows the game itself. That's where the delay is caused, because it needs to stop doing that every time. Borderless fullscreen eliminates this issue.

In my experience (and I've been using the boards for quite a bit) I'd say maybe 70 to... **80%+** of them get resolved and the owner gets their account back. It's almost always due to a false flag or from them having their account compromised.

He definitely needs a visual update, but not a significant gameplay update. If the meta would just change back to a slower, less damage based one, and one of the cdr runes was removed, I think he'd be healthy to play against. He'd be a battlemage like he's meant to be, instead of afking for 20 minutes and then being a point and click assassin.

: nerfing swain and vlad just makes this change better but you should mention that while this change is a huge boon to ghost/ignite for fighters who run sorcery tree (or even smite) it's also incentive for ranged champions who still have no penalty on MS runes despite not being the champions who need it the most the underlying issue with MS booster effects is that they can't be good enough to be valuable for their core audience without degenerate mage scum being better with it, assuming Riot continues to refuse to add ranged penalties to these sorts of things

: She is fairly easy to play in the right hands, because of her kiting and her chasing, because of the auto attack slow mostly. However he damage is also pretty good too, in fact I found let less underwhelming than other adc's such as draven and Xayah (especially xayah). Then there is here vision control. That is self explanatory but not the biggest reason why she is so strong. Her ultimate.... Well.... its not too strong when your trying to snipe someone across the whole map because of its thin hitbox, but at mid range or up close this is really what dooms enemy adc's because of that heavy stun. But then again, she is very easy to gank against if she overextends because she has NO way of escape whatsoever, which makes assassins like rengar, kha'zix and kayn her living nightmares.

She should be alright into Kayn due to her W forcing him out of the wall.

How would you *choosing* when you want your effect be WORSE than it happening automatically? There's counterplay to it now, allowing it to be easily popped with stray abilities, even Luden's. It's healthier for the game and likely a good thing, but it is most certainly *not* a buff.

I dislike point and click cc due to it being very frustrating, but I think Fiddle's is fine as long as he doesn't keep the silence. Being cc'd for a couple seconds is okay, but cc'd for nearly fucking 5 is not.
